Se la pesca è la tua passione, allora ferma la tua ricerca ora! Ex rifugio di pesca della famiglia Trimper (Trimper's Rides), questa casa dispone di una darsena per acque profonde (15 Ft) e può gestire una barca da 20 Ft. Mentre esci fino alla fine del molo, scende a una profondità di 45 Ft. ed è qui che accade la magia. I pescatori "al corrente" sono comunemente visti pescare in quest'area in quanto è un noto punto caldo. Ma per te, lascia cadere la lenza e divertiti. Nessuna licenza di pesca richiesta! Se la pesca non fa per te, allora abbiamo ancora coperto. Questa proprietà vanta alcune delle viste più incredibili sull'acqua. Siediti e goditi la giornata mentre arrivano le barche portando il loro pescato nei porti locali. Di sera, siediti e aspetta un posto in prima fila per uno dei migliori tramonti sulla costa orientale! Situato vicino alla sesta strada, la tua famiglia godrà del facile accesso al lungomare e di tutte le divertenti attività che offre. Ci sono anche molti ottimi ristoranti / bar tra cui scegliere, quindi lascia l'auto parcheggiata!

L'unità stessa ha avuto molti nuovi aggiornamenti tra cui pavimenti, moquette, pittura e TV, ma è stata in grado di mantenere il suo fascino Ocean City. C'è una cucina completa disponibile per quei giorni in cui si desidera mangiare insieme a una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Le porte e le finestre scorrevoli invitano le rilassanti brezze della baia nell'unità e la mantengono comoda, ma AC è disponibile se ne avete bisogno. La mia parte preferita personale di questa casa è il tavolo della sala da pranzo. È stato originariamente progettato in modo che un proprietario precedente potesse pescare direttamente dalla comodità della sua casa nelle giornate fredde. La cima si solleva e sarebbe in grado di far cadere una linea fino all'acqua sottostante. Ora sigillato, presenta ancora un top trasparente che ti permette di vedere giù nella baia! Cosa vedrai durante il tuo viaggio?

This is our second time staying at this house and hope to come back again and again.. It’s the perfect location. We only drove our car one time the whole trip. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants are all in walking distance. The house is beautifully furnished, I love the dining room table looking into the bay, amenities were provided. We spent hours just enjoying the gorgeous view on the deck and private dock. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come again.

Islander 1

Great property with deck right on the bay. We stayed for Country Calling Festival and the location was perfect. About a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the festival. Great little market just down the street for all of your needs. Would definitely stay again. FYI- fishing boats come right up to the pier in the morning so be careful to close the curtains!!

Kitchen was pretty well equipped and it was nice to have a working icemaker. Location was perfect and it was great to wake up to the water every morning. Clean and would totally stay again.

Second time staying here

This was the second time my son and I stayed at Islander 1. It's our favorite trip of the year. The private pier, the unique table, the cleanliness and convenient location make for a really enjoyable beach trip. My only complaint is that parking is tight but that's normal in OC.

Pier life

Loved the property!!! Beautiful views of the bay with postcard sunsets. Enjoyed fishing from the pier and watching dolphins swimming in the bay. Also loved the boardwalk and beach which was only a short walk away. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to everyone!

The Best Stay We've Had in OCMD

Our family has stayed many places in OCMD, but we all liked this one the best. We did a lot of fishing and just hanging out on the pier. You can't beat the view and the boat traffic is fun to watch. Everything you need is in walking distance. As others have noted in their reviews, the mattresses are not good, but that would be our only criticism. We're looking forward to staying here again soon.

Great stay!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property! It was clean and had everything we needed. A huge bonus that a fishing pier was right outside - we spent a lot of time out there! We will definitely come back next year. It would be great if availability extended into November - we love to fish during this time of year.

Unique spot with a great location

Perfect spot for the Ocean City Oceans Calling music festival. 20 minute walk from the venue with water directly underneath the rental and our own personal dock. Felt a little off at first as we could hear the water underneath the rental the entire time, but we’ll never forget our stay there. Thank you!

Convenient location and incredible view

My family and I spent a long weekend (Aug 25-Aug 28) at this waterfront condo. It was conveniently in walking distance to most of the restaurants we went to and to the boardwalk. The view from the deck of the bay was absolutely gorgeous. We were so sad to leave but we will definitely be back again and recommending to others.

Very nice and clean

We loved staying here. When we walked in, it smelled so fresh and clean. My family loved being able to fish so much without leaving the property. We give it a 10/10. Would recommend to others.

Great location and beautiful view!

Our stay at the Islander was wonderful. Beautiful views of the bay and within walking distance to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. Our only "complaint", if we can call it that, is that the beds in the bedrooms are a little small for a couple to sleep in comfortably. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future!

Family vacation

Place is exactly as pictured. Its right on the water and the fishing from the pier was alot of fun. Walking distance to the boardwalk and many places to eat. Only negative were the beds. they are the most comfortable.

Great place with an amazing view

Great stay - the view from the back deck and pier is as advertised. We fished every day and caught a variety of different fish. Our only complaint was that the bed in the master bed is very uncomfortable, but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- our only complaint is that we could not book it for a longer period of time :-) Hated to leave -- the home is "unique", beautiful, clean, well decorated with an amazing deck and pier right outside your patio door to fish, crab and watch amazing sunsets! People in the neighborhood were very friendly and the location was close to places we enjoy going to. Hopefully next year we will be able to return!!

nostalgic old school oc decor, quiet downtown street, million dollar view!

Easy rental, easy access to lower and West OC. Loved the sunsets and private fishing pier and deck with a Million dollar view. Unfortunately, the whole condo leans to the center of the building and there are warped areas in the floors which can trip you if you are not aware. The carpets and scattered rugs were very dirty, the house needs a thorough cleaning, (which you pay for) there is alot of thick dust everywhere. Looks good when you walk in as the carpets are vacuumed but don't look closely at the furniture and bedrooms, or the moldy shower curtain and liner. Decorated with cool nostalgic ocean city vibe.

Awesome vacation

The property was exactly what was listed online. Nice location, close to boardwalk/beach (about 4 blocks walking distance). Great fishing location. We caught the biggest striped bass (25+inches) ever on the dock! If you enjoy fishing and watching sunset, this is the place to be. Will definitely return in the future.

Great Place

Nice clean condo. Easy walk to all points downtown. The small private pier and outdoor deck are a great place to relax and watch the sunset.
