    Listen to the waves crash and smell the fresh ocean air from this direct oceanfront condo! No need to bring sheets and towels as they are provided! This blissful and sunny condo has new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and enough space for everyone. So grab a seat and relax inside or step outside on the private balcony and kick back! Watch your favorite movies or series on the Smart TV after spending the day at the beach. What's nearby: Walk down to the beach and be the envy of your friends at home with your beachfront access. It's also just four miles away from Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain where you will find a multitude of things to do from rides to attractions and concessions! Stop in Bull on the Beach just a short walk away for a delicious meal and a fun time. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Assigned parking space * Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We enjoyed this property. Right on the beach, lovely view. Great little beach. Was May before the summer crowds arrived. Cleaners did a good job. Just a very small amount of dust on the bedside table and the headboards had some dust

Perfect location!!

Great location. Nice property.

Very convenient location.. elevator to 5th floor nice. Great beach access and oceanfront… can’t argue with that! Beds comfortable… clean and great WiFi.

Great place for a fun weekend

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and had basic amenities. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Loved that we had parking and easy access to Beach shuttle stops. Only issue was the temperature. The air could not be set lower than 70.

I love the fact that the unit was oceanfront, always a plus. However, getting into the building with your belongings with a shopping cart on a very steep ramp was not ideal, especially with someone in your party with mobility issues.
