Across the foyer you will find the Shared Full bath with a Shower/Tub Combo and Bedroom 4, which comfortably sleeps 2 with 1 Queen Bed and another Flat Screen TV. The bonus Loft, in the middle and accessible from Bedroom 3 and 4, is a great space for the kids, sleeping up to 4 with a Twin/Twin Trundle and a Full bed and has a Flat Screen TV, a custom Arcade Game and a Desk! Parking is no problem at Twin Tree with the driveway parking as well as ample street parking. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
