    The Space:

    This beautifully updated home in Montego Bay is the perfect family getaway. This stunning bayside community is surrounded by canals with access to a fishing boardwalk and a pond. Don't miss out on the community pools, tennis court, and putt-putt golf! This home has three cozy bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. Each TV has Amazon Firestick or Roku so you can stream all of your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to create your best recipes, with a bay view from the kitchen window. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know there is Keurig available. Grab a book and curl up in the weatherproof year-round sunroom or gather around the dining table to play some board games. Enjoy being in the center of it all! You are within walking distance to Northside Park, shopping centers, and restaurants. Spend the day in the surf and sand at the beach, then relax on the large comfy sectional sofa and let the day melt away. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Two outdoor pools -Two tennis courts -Putt putt golf -Fishing pier/boardwalk THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available using your own accounts. This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

When we first walked in to the place there was a huge dip in the floor in the dining room. The third day we were there we know why the dip was there. We left for a while to go to activities and came back and the mini split AC unit on the wall was dripping a lot of water. We were instructed to shut it off, but we never saw anybody come to look at it so I’m assuming this has been an ongoing problem there. Also, they advertise that there’s a pool but they need to let you know that it closes right after Labor Day so if you’re going after Labor Day, there is no access to a pool. We were disappointed about that. The grill outside was absolutely filthy. We cleaned it. The shower in one of the bathrooms was all clogged so we had to get a plunger and plunge it. The blinds in the back room were all broken so let a lot of light in. When I took the sheets off when we left the mattress cover had urine all on it. I think the owners probably need to put some TLC into that place. I will say the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen was nice and stocked. Unfortunately, I do not believe I would book it again.

The house itself was good however it just wasn’t very clean when you walked across the floor in your bare feet, you could feel the sand from when others have been there and your feet turned black on the bottom. I’m glad I took my own blankets and pillows because some of the blankets on the beds looked kinda not great. The dishwasher was full of dishes and smelled very mildly. The coffee pot was filthy and still had an old pot in it from the last people that were there. The toilets and showers were pretty clean thank God. Location of the place was a nice people around. It was very nice. I’m just not sure that I would ever use this particular place again.
