A short walk to tons of attractions such as Jolly Roger waterpark, bike rentals, the karaoke bar, Anthony's subs, ice cream and sushi. Walk 1 block to rent jet skis, take a boat ride or fish. 8 blocks to the convention center, 5 blocks from the start of the boardwalk. Fresh linens and toiletries provided for you!

Recently renovated building exterior plus interior kitchen and flooring! The perfect stay for a music lover. In the kitchen, cook your own meals with our vintage Pyrex. In the living space, sit at the 50s dinette and hangout next to our vintage posters from our favorite beach-inspired musicians such as Bob Marley, Jimmy Buffett and The Beach Boys. The spacious porch is the perfect place to relax outside with your favorite meal or beverage.

This ground unit is a spacious studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping space features both a twin and a queen bed along with a 43" Roku TV, cable and free wifi. There is a full size dining table set up with three chairs and one additional chair stored in the closet.

If you are a returning guest, you will notice our building exterior looks refreshed and rejuvenated! Our building was renovated in 2025 to replace all railings, walkways and carpeting in the front.

Other things to note:
- Minimum age to book is 21.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Booking on behalf of others is NOT permitted. If you book the unit, you must show up on check in day and be staying at the unit.
- No more than 3 guests per Ocean City, MD law. If you have more than 3 guests in the unit overnight, we will contact VRBO to evict your party and $75 will be charged for each additional guest that stayed.
- Underage drinking is illegal and strictly prohibited.
- Hosts are not responsible for arranging the return of any items left behind. -Check out is at 10AM, no exceptions. Our cleaning crew will arrive shortly after to turn over the unit for the next guest. If you stay after check out, you will be charged $50 for every 25 minutes past check out time.
- Violating laws, these VRBO policies, or any VRBO policies, will result in disciplinary action by VRBO including rental cancellation, eviction and forfeiture or refund. Illegal activity on the premises will not be tolerated.
