WATERFRONT RENOVATED gorgeous townhouse with an outdoor pool! Located on a canal right off the bay off of 116th St., you'll be in the perfect location alway from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all the fun OC has to offer. This two level townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with lots of recent renovations for you to enjoy on your vacation. Upgrades include quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury plank flooring. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin bed so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. This property includes free high speed internet/wifi so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from the large TV in the living room or the TVs in the main bedroom. There is also a Comcast streaming box for both TVs. This is a great condo in a great location for a great Ocean City vacation!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property.

*Property comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $112.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The unit is in a condo association with easy access to a pool, and free parking. Getting in was very easy, and the place was plenty spacious. We were a group of two families, each with two kids, and used both bedrooms and the downstairs pull out couch. We had plenty of space. The unit isn’t exactly walking distance to the beach, at least not with small kids, but it’s in north Ocean City so was easy to drive to a beach entrance nearby and park. We didn’t bave any issues with that, even on a busy summer weekend. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms and kitchen super clean. If you have a boat and want to spend time in the bay it’s even better. Highly recommend!
