Stay for Boardwalk Rock Festival

Could use some updating, but was in really convenient and quiet area. Close to the Ocean Bus stop and food. Would book again.

Great spot, nice enough place

This is a nice enough beach condo in a great little condo community. Short walk to a great pool, easy walk across the highway to beach access without stairs (great for kids!). Condo was clean in the important ways, but not spotless. Great for staying near family nearby.

The apartment looks better than the photos. The host was easy to communicate with and helped us out whenever we reached out. Great location great experience!

Everything was Awesome!! Kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing right outside the door and just a short walk to beach ! Pool was great and everyone was so friendly , even walking distance to restaurants and shopping with a farmers market in parking lot for fresh veggies !! Checking in was a breeze , and we would definitely stay here again !

Enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly community. The unit is decent and I would consider staying here again. Pros: Central to Bay and beach Central to stores Along OC bus route Pool with bathrooms Dock space outside front door Ceiling fans in bedrooms & living room AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven (dated), and 3 TV's worked great. Two bathrooms (1 full, 1 half) Well stocked kitchen Plenty of drawer space in bedrooms Roomy unit Killer sunset views at bay edge Friendly community Cons: Old refrigerator temperamental. Seal doesn't work unless you push it hard on top AND the bottom. Kitchen sink sprayer needs replacing. Beware it spraying you when you turn on the faucet. Funny once. Carpet is very stained. Inner screen door handle fell off a few times when shutting the door. Both bathroom fans were nonoperational. Bathtub/shower unit had a lot of visible mold. Ants showing up in full bathroom on a daily basis.

Great little place on the canal, which is in perfect location. Only complaint is that it was a little dirty. The ceiling fan had a thick layer of dirt and some spiders in the bathroom when we checked in. Can't go wrong with this location though!

Beautiful area but rental heat is a huge problem

We loved our stay and where we were located looking out the front door we could see the bay and the sunset was beautiful. But when inside the apartment it was brutally hot the first three days it was 80°. They came to fix it and had to turn off the air for three hours which made it 87° in the house. We were also told we cannot put it below 70 or it could freeze the unit. Sleeping in the warm was not fun.
