This well-equipped and uniquely designed condo offers all the conveniences of a home, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a private courtyard and deck with an outdoor dining area, on-site washer/dryer, central air conditioning throughout, free WiFi and cable TV, and access to shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools and tennis and racquetball courts.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not clean upon arrival - delayed check in

Arrived at unit and it had not been cleaned - used towels on bathroom floor and used sheets on bedroom floors. Bathroom trash cans not emptied. Contacted Vacasa office immediately. Check in was supposed to be 4 pm but we did not get in until after 630 due to place not being cleaned. We even got there after 4 pm so they should’ve had more than enough time to clean. Maybe they are short staffed, I get it … but Vacasa said they would not comp us for the time we had to wait to check in, which is ridiculous since we paid for a full day and did not get to fully use the place. Unfortunately we saw the other bad reviews about cleanliness after it was too late to cancel. Ironically the people in front of me in the check in office were complaining about their place being dirty too. The unit itself is really nice but the beds are not comfortable. And my experience with Vacasa left a bad impression on me. The coffee pot didn’t work and Vacasa did replace that, so that’s about the only good thing I can say about their customer service.

Not properly cleaned, many things broken

Unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived shower was very gross dirty towels in the place, the beds were very rickety and uncomfortable. Also the coffee maker was broken and had days old coffee and it still. Light in the bedroom also not working towels smelled funky even the clean ones

Negatives outweighed positives

In short (TLDR) - stairs a safety issue and beds/couch and inability to get any rest became a major issue in being able to enjoy the stay or rental. POSITIVES: - No bugs - Clean - Nice water pressure - A/C works well - Has amenities advertised - Tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools close - 1/2 mi or less to either bay or beach and good overall location - Adequate space - Plenty of parking NEGATIVES: - Furniture HORRIBLY uncomfortable (unable to sleep well entire stay) - Treacherous staircase that clearly has rotting boards, uneven, flexes as you walk on it, and seems unsafe; - Renovations or updates shoddy (uneven floors, paint splotches and drips, toilet roll holder mounted at awkward spot so that hard to use, TV in living room mounted so that interferes with ability to use table, etc); - TV and table in one room blocked use of door and closet; - Beds killed our backs and super cheap feeling, with no support, and you immediately roll into each other; - Pull out bed/couch really low and super cheap; hard to get up from because of height and angle and very uncomfortable and seats felt sunken in; - No hand soap and batteries missing from remotes; - Nightlights in bathrooms, but none worked; - Burnt out lights in some of the lamps; - Very minimal amount of 1-ply toilet paper; - Tacky, dust prone decor that drove allergies crazy; VASACA/CUSTOMER SERVICE - Never got a msg about how to check in - and couldn’t check in on site; had to drive 12-15 min for keys, pass, etc

Outdated but perfect!

If your looking for a place away from home with a small family or friends this is a perfect place! There is a beautiful kitchen with fully stocked cooking ware! 2 full bathrooms and 2 bed rooms. I believe the couch also had a pull out bed! Will definitely be staying here again next spring! Also when we did run into issues property management was absolutely wonderful! 😃 I definitely would recommend!

Beautiful unit

The unit was beautiful and the perfect size for 2 couples. The only suggestion I have would be to update the mattress on the queen bed and the living room furniture as they were a bit uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.
