Casa moderna e adatta alle famiglie con spazio per mangiare e mangiare per 12 persone, tutte le comodità tra cui aria centrale a doppia zona e Internet TV / WIFI. Un isolato dalla spiaggia!

3 piani con 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi, un lavandino / vanità in ogni camera da letto, lavatrice / asciugatrice, cucina in granito / inox e molto altro. Ventilatori centrali ad aria e a soffitto per il vostro comfort. Stai affittando l'intera metà interna dell'edificio bifamiliare.

Primo piano: soggiorno con divani / sedie per 9-10 persone. Internet TV a grande schermo con cavo. Grande cucina con dispensa, lavastoviglie, cucina a gas / forno, smaltimento, microonde, un sacco di spazio in granito e altro ancora. Lavanderia e bagno completo, con accesso al cortile sul retro e barbecue Weber propano. Tutti i nuovissimi pavimenti in rovere segato a quarto.

Secondo piano: 3 camere da letto (re, re, regina), bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Pavimenti in abete raffinato. TV a grande schermo in 2 camere da letto, ventilatori a soffitto e vanità / lavandini in tutte le camere.

Terzo piano: enorme camera da letto con 2 letti estraibili (4 letti singoli) e TV, camera da letto con due letti singoli e letto matrimoniale, entrambi con vanità / lavandini. Bagno completo con box doccia.

Comodo portico anteriore con molti posti a sedere e ventilatore a soffitto. Piccolo cortile con barbecue a propano (in dotazione). 8 etichette da spiaggia e molti articoli da spiaggia forniti (sedie, carrello, ombrellone, asciugamani e giocattoli). Abbiamo anche biciclette che puoi usare durante il tuo soggiorno.

Forniamo tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole e senza preoccupazioni: cucina completamente attrezzata (piatti, pentole / padelle, piatti da portata, bicchieri, caffettiera, tostapane, frullatore, ecc.); tutti i prodotti di carta (asciugamani di carta, carta igienica, fazzoletti di carta); tutta la biancheria (lenzuola / lenzuola, asciugamani, coperte); 8 pass per la spiaggia, sdraio, asciugamani, carrello, ombrelli e giocattoli. Near the beach with all the little extras you could want!

Our stay was truly exceptional. Not only was the property only about a block from the beach, but it was beautifully maintained. All the little extras you need like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, hand soap, etc. were provided. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. There is a porch out front with a ceiling fan as well. The property is only about 3/4 of a mile from downtown Asbury for additional shops and restaurants beyond those in Ocean Grove. Also if you get up early, the sun is beautiful over the water.

Perfect for our Family

This house was a perfect fit for our annual family vacation. The house is very new inside and the floor plan worked very well for the 12 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the very short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Beach House

Very beautiful house, was filled with many amenities and was very clean! Sheila was a great host who helped with so much and was very friendly! Very close to the beach. A group of friends and I came from out of state for a holiday weekend and we had a blast. We had a great experience and would love to come back!

Fantastic Rental and Owner

First of all, the house was amazing and well equipped, and spacious including a welcome bag of coffee and wine. The owner, Sheila, was not only helpful but warm and friendly. Our grand kids enjoyed her company as she was next door during this week. The house is very close to the beach and the town of Ocean Grove. We also walked to Asbury park boardwalk with the kids so that is close too. Great house, Great owner and we had a Great vacation.

Wonderful House and Experience

This house was perfect for a family vacation to the beach. Shelia was super responsive and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was immaculately clean, and was supplied with everything we needed, even beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Location was great, close to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, etc. Would definitely recommend this property!

The Best

My family thanked me for booking this amazing place not once but multiple times. So great to have a sink in each room (just about.) We had lots of room and loved hanging on the porch. The beach was just a short walk and the pier at the end of the street gave the 80+ year olds a place to hang. Great quiet safe family oriented area and great attention to detail by the owners!

Christmas celebration by the beach

We were very impressed. The Duplex was more spacious than we even thought on line. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine on the table. Everything was up to date, clean and extremely well taken care of. It was great for us as we had a family of 6 stay on the third floor and a family of 4 stay on the second floor. Ten people was extremely comfortable , but 12 could of easily stayed. The house was well stocked with supplies and it is just a beautiful home. We also had great communication with the owner and I would highly recommend this house.

Home away from home

We had such a great time. A block from the beach, quiet streets for mornings/evenings on the porch. House was pristine, updated appliances, and was so comfortable for all 8 of us to enjoy. Definitely will see us back next year.

Our family had a fantastic time here! We traveled from all over the USA so it was wonderful that all beach equipment (chairs, towels, badges, umbrellas, cart, toys, etc.), bed sheets, bath towels, were included. Great house, modern, comfortable, clean and near the beach

This house was well stocked with anything you would need, it had a great grill, modern bathroom/showers, vanities in all bedrooms, and a great front porch as well. Also, it had a nice big dining room table for large family gatherings. Best of all, just a block from the beach.
