Appena disponibili su VRBO, siamo entusiasti di condividere questa bella casa confortevole e vivibile con gli amanti della spiaggia che amano anche avere una piscina privata e poter passeggiare per TUTTO il divertimento che il cuore di Ocean Isle Beach ha da offrire!

Amerai il "feeling" di questa casa favolosa, spaziosa e ben fornita e ti stupirai di quanto FACILE l'abbiamo fatto per te e i tuoi cari per arrivare semplicemente e iniziare a fare ricordi da spiaggia che farai tesoro per sempre. Un posto davvero speciale e rilassante per ogni stagione!

Caratteristiche della posizione:
- 1 minuto. PASSEGGIATA per la Monroe St. Accesso pubblico alla spiaggia e oceano - questo è un accesso alla spiaggia molto conveniente con i bagni pubblici del Community Center, accesso alla rampa per portare facilmente il tuo dispositivo di raffreddamento alla spiaggia, docce all'aperto per il risciacquo, reti da pallavolo installate nella sabbia, lezioni di yoga
- 1 minuto. PASSEGGIATE verso favolosi ristoranti e bar (Drift Coffee & Kitchen, Coastal Wine Room, Pelican's Perch solo per citarne alcuni)
- 1-5 minuti a piedi dal gelato, dallo shopping, dal molo OIB, dal parco e dal parco giochi, minigolf / putt-putt, il Museo della Carolina costiera e il Planetario Ingram, concerti gratuiti del venerdì estivo, Oyster Festival e altri eventi locali
- 3 minuti in auto da altri ristoranti e negozi di alimentari proprio sul ponte (Sugar Shack, Publix, Lowes Foods)

The pool was available, but the heated portion came with a fee. So, we didn’t swim in the heated pool. The Wi-Fi speed was good. The home was clean well equipped.

Excellent location to beach access, restaurants and the park. Well equipped for small children; and kitchen was well equipped as well. Pool was a wonderful asset to this property. Family memories made on both front and back porches !!! Will definitely be top choice for another trip.

WONDERFUL Vacation Home, Great Location, Just Perfect!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Lee and Stephanie's vacation home. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The location of their home is fantastic and you can walk to everything on the Isle. The beach access is literally across the street. The beds were comfy, and everything was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend there! The week flew by so quickly. Thank you again for letting us stay at your home and we hope we are able to visit again!

Sweet home

The house is so beautiful and pool. I went with family and friends. We are like it. House is not far from beach, just 2-3 minutes walking. We had an electric runout, we couldn’t find an electric control so we ask host. They replied immediately. I would recommend this house.

Back again!

This is our third time at Ocean Isle Beach, second time at this house. It’s a wonderful location and it’s like a home away from home for us, the kids and the grandkids. Beach time in the morning, pool time in the afternoon. Tough to beat. Hosts are great!

15th anniversary

We loved our stay. The house was so clean and the location is perfect. Anything that was wrong the owners took care of immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting OIB. There were an abundance of seating at the pool, beach supplies like umbrellas and beach chairs, extra propane for the grill if needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Stephanie

Beach Trip

We had the pleasure of staying at Sugar Aisle this last week. The house was super clean, even smelled super clean, was well stocked and was an overall great house for the 4 of us. The pool was a fabulous added bonus with heat indexes in the triple digits. We spent a lot of time in the pool and riding the bikes! A lot of other time was spent lounging on the most comfortable sectional ever. The house is very convenient to the beach, mini golf, the museum and park. As for the owners, I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Stephanie was immediate to respond if I had a question and took care of more than she needed to (like sending someone to replace the battery in the door lock even when I told her we’d be fine, and could use the back door. ) 😄. She’s exactly the kind of host any potential renter is looking for. You won’t be disappointed if you’re considering this as a rental option.

Great spot!

Our friends stayed at this same home several times, so we were familiar with the layout and location. It was clean, super convenient to the beach and the center of OIB and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Stephanie is super responsive, friendly and helpful as the owner. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay again!

Great location!

The property is located in a great location. Easy for the kids to walk to the beach and even walk to the park. Nice private pool with lots of extra things for the kids to play with. Stephanie was easy to communicate with.

Summer Vaca

We had a great week at Sugar Aisle! The location couldn't be better. We were able to easily walk to all the fun OIB has to offer with kids (aged 6-8). Beach chairs and wagon provided allowed us to travel with less. The pool was great to take a break from the sand. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Family Time

We were so ready to get away and enjoy family time after a stressful year. This was a great place to do it. Grandkids loved the pool and we enjoyed watching them. Just a short walk to the beach which was good for the kids and those of us not quite as spry. We took advantage of local restaurants that we enjoy for this short trip but I noticed the cookware was actually in great condition. That is not always the case in vacation rentals. I usually bring a couple pans with me when I’m planning on cooking. I would have been good without here. The owners were wonderful in supplying us with information and instructions prior to our trip which makes it easier settling into a new place. Thanks for making us feel welcome!

Wonderful Vacation - Great Location

The home and the location are perfect! We walked to restaurants, stores, the Pier, and even to play Putt-Putt and the beach is just across the street with a very nice walkway for access. The pool behind the home gets lots of sun where the ones on the front row do not so the kids were able to enjoy it while we relaxed! We had two families and the home was perfect to give us all space yet enjoy all of our time together. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had everything labeled for lighting, etc. which was a big help when you visit a home for the first time. Stephanie was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had and we all agree, we will definitely be back if not later in the fall, next year for sure. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home at Ocean Isle, what a neat place to visit! The Snipes & Carpenter families.

Spring Break 2023

This is our second year at Ocean Isle Beach and this was a much more enjoyable stay. Property was closer to the beach and the house itself was perfect for our family of six adults and two children. Very clean and was exactly as advertised. We will be back next year! Thank you Stephanie and Lee!

Great house! Cleaning company needs to be more thorough. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and appliances. Beds were ok. Living area was nice. Loved the bikes and beach chairs already being there. Wish the pool could be heated as we stayed in October and it was too cold to use even with the days being in the 80’s.

Great Family-Friendly House

We had a great time and would recommend this property! Very child-friendly house. Easy and close walk to the beach. A beach view from the back upper porch and dining room. Nice backyard and pool. The wall switch labels was a great touch! Wish we could have stayed longer.
