This property is great! The very large deck, that over looks the canal, is a great place to enjoy the day. Very short walk to the beach.

Home was a mess when we arrived. There were empty beer cans all over the floor, bugs on the floor, as well as candy wrapping papers all over the floor. Some of the electrical outlet cover plates were broken, the trash was full to overflowing outside. Every television in the house must be ancient, many of which just never worked. We messaged about that, but we were told we must have not checked inputs. The location is not bad, only a five minute walk to the beach. There’s a photo of a boat on the dock that belongs to the property that we hoped to use or rent, but owners nebver respionded to our inquiry. We have stayed in many houses across the United States and this by far was our worst experience. As a builder, I could go on about some of the defects in the property and I will attach some photos of our experience. I never want to hurt people or their business, but I must leave an honest review and I don’t know how to be more honest. If anything, I’m holding back some in hopes that the owners will do better

Overall the interior of the house is excellent while the exterior definitely needs some work. The outdoor shower is in rough shape and very unclean as well as the fact that there is no ladder on the swim platform. The real problems stem from Brunswick Vacation Rentals who manage the propertyFrom the moment we arrived Brunswick showed itself as a company who seemed to care less about the concerns of their customers and obviously don't value the money that their customers are spending on these rental properties. We noted several issues including a broken mount of a security camera that allowed that camera to point directly into the outdoor shower which was never fixed so we were completely unable to use the outdoor shower. The property description also says it has a fenced yard which is totally false.However the thing that was most troubling is they don't seem to understand federal law. My daughter has a service dog of which they were notified more than once ahead of time. They tried to have us remove the dog from the property while stating no pets were allowed and took much convincing even though a service animal is allowed by federal law regardless of any property restrictions. The repair staff who finally came to the property midweek were very friendly , however they did not actually fix most of the issues. All they actually did while we were there is cut the grass and remove a broken porch swing. Will not rent from this company again even though it's a beautifu
