La casa è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2018 !!!
La casa ha il top della gamma Cucina, sala da pranzo, grande sala / camera familiare con concept design aperto. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 10 persone e 6 possono mangiare nella grande isola cucina.
Il portico anteriore ha una vista meravigliosa sull'oceano e abbastanza spazio e posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia per partire e divertirsi !!
L'accesso alla spiaggia è diagonale e direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla proprietà per facili giorni in spiaggia trascorsi godendosi le onde e l'aria salata !!
È stata aggiunta anche una piscina privata.
Solo alcune informazioni sul nostro rinnovamento ....
Tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione e la piscina sono stati completati nel giugno del 2018. Dai un'occhiata agli aggiornamenti di prim'ordine effettuati e guarda tutte le finiture di fascia alta. Abbiamo anche aggiunto due camere a castello, entrambe con una dimensione Queen con Full over top !! Ogni cuccetta ha una luce di lettura a LED sul letto !!
Due master suite frontali hanno letti king size e bagni privati. Le due camere da letto posteriori hanno un letto matrimoniale in una e pieno nell'altra collegato ai bagni Jack e Jill. Totale di 6 camere da letto in tutto. Tutti e 4 i bagni sono dotati di doccia o vasca completamente piastrellate.
Sotto la casa c'è una bella doccia esterna e anche un'area salotto per rilassarsi al sole o nelle ore serali e sentire la brezza dell'oceano.

Dai un'occhiata anche alle nostre altre proprietà a Ocean Isle. 13 Pender Street si trova su un canale che conduce alla via navigabile costiera dell'Inter ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

A wonderful beach home in a great location! This most attractive gem of a home is open, airy, and bright with spacious living, dining, & kitchen areas and wonderful outdoor areas & amenities. Plus the walk to the beach is easy & close! The host is amazing…so attentive & helpful with great communication. We enjoyed staying here immensely & look forward to our next stay in this house!!

We had 4 coupleson this trip. The guys golfed and the ladies had pletty of beach time. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was great for hanging out. The area under the house by the pool was grat for cornhole and ping pong. Our only complaint was the gas grill needs to be upgraded. grat house!

This property is beautifully decorated, well stocked and a great location. Took a group of teens who enjoyed the downstairs hang area and the parents enjoyed the deck! Easy walk to the beach with many beach amenities available for use. Owner very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure we were having a great stay.

The home was every bit as nice, spacious, and clean is in the photos! The price was incredibly reasonable. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was right across the street, so the location was perfect for us. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which we took advantage of! Highly recommend this home for a stay in Ocean Isle Beach

The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and the grands loved the pool. The large front windows bring light and cheer. Not only is the beach access a quick walk but no stairs make it easy to get your beach gear across the wooden path. We hope to come again. Rhonda is a wonderful host.

Our family spent another great week in Ocean Isle. The house is set up perfectly with six bedrooms to accommodate our family needs. We enjoyed returning from the beach and relaxing by the swimming pool each day. Beach access is extremely easy because of the house location. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for, including a double oven. Our teens enjoyed using the bikes available in the garage. Rhonda, the owner, checked in often with us to make sure our trip was going well. We will be returning again in 2025!

This is the second time we have had the joy of staying at this house. It is such a great beach house- the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms comfortable and it’s a great layout for our family. The kids love the bunk rooms and the pool! We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gem of a home in OIB.

Very clean . Great house for gathering with family. Good floor plan with large open space in the middle , bedrooms on both sides. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach access for morning beach walks. Nice pool for evening swims. We enjoyed our stay in this beach house very much. We would book it again!

Another great vacation at the Terrell’s home on Ocean Isle Beach. Again, Rhonda was very accommodating and checked in with us regularly. We had a small issue with an appliance and it was taken care of the next day. Our family of 12 love OIB and the Terrell home.

The home was very nice and the pool was a big hit. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the beach was wonderful. The home was well equipped with everything you may need and the bedrooms were perfect for our 11 total guests. Rhonda checked in on us often by text to make sure everything was OK. Vacation stay could not have been better.

The property is well-laid out with easy access to the beach. Our family was relaxed and comfortable in the space - often it's peacefulness proved an oasis from wedding venue preparations. We are table tennis fans and much fun was had playing together! Rhonda was very responsive throughout our stay and surprised us with going well out of her way to alleviate our wedding logistics issues. We remain grateful for her support!

Fantastic location, plenty of room and clean, comfortable accommodations. Teenage boys loved the pool, ping pong, bikes and board games. Moms loved the big kitchen and front porch to relax! Owner incredibly responsive and checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with our stay. Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again in the future.

This was a great vacation home for several of us elder gals for our annual get-together! Good location with easy beach access and a pool in the back with several chaise loungers for relaxing. Well appointed interior and kitchen accessories. Best of all was that everything is on one level!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Property owner was great and answered all our questions. We loved having all the bedrooms on one level. We also loved having access to all the beach chairs, wagon, toys and bikes. The beach access was nice and close, too. We plan to return!

Great place to spend your beach escape, the property is very well maintained and is equiped with all the things you may need from the kitchen to the beach accsesories. Property manager follows up to check every thing is ok during your stay.

This property was perfect for our family. The house location was great, only a short walk to the beach entrance. There was plenty of space on the beach and the water was great for all ages. Many amenities were provided and available for our use. Having a pool was a wonderful addition compared to our prior rentals. Our younger adults enjoyed Corn Hole competitions and using the available bikes. Both inside and outside the house were so many places to sit and relax. Thank you, Rhonda, for being responsive to our needs and we’ll see your rental again in 2024.

The house is set up so everybody can enjoy meals, games, TV, and conversation together but also have privacy just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of seating for family meals. The house is also tastefully decorated with colors and items that give it a beachy feel. This is an A+ property.
