    Happy Hours non è sicuramente la tua tipica casa sulla spiaggia - rara e difficile da trovare, 8 BR + Kids Nook, 7. casa con 5 bagni sul canale. Oltre 4500 piedi quadrati Di viste spettacolari e incredibili di oceano, canale e corso d'acqua !! Convenientemente situato nel cuore dell'oceano spiaggia dell'isola - a pochi passi dal molo, museo costiero, gelateria, mini golf, negozi e ristoranti .... E solo un breve 1-2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia !! !

    Questa casa sulla spiaggia ha tutto! È appositamente progettato per riunioni multi-family extra-large, perfette per riunioni di famiglia, matrimoni, super bowl, vacanze, viaggi aziendali o golf!

    Caratteristiche interne
    La casa dispone di tre salotti, una grande cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici in acciaio aggiornato, ampi ripiani in granito, due bar per la colazione dell'isola, due frigoriferi, due lavastoviglie, due lavandini e una grande sala da pranzo con tavolo per dodici. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata con molte aree di lavoro per più "chef" per creare deliziosi pasti in famiglia.

    La casa ha anche un ascensore, sala giochi con biliardo, tavolo da poker e biliardino. L'accesso internet wireless in fibra è incluso. Altri articoli includono

    La casa è arredata e decorata con colori e temi giocosi dell'isola. Passeggiando per la casa, sei veramente trasportato in un paradiso tropicale! Le zone giorno e quelle comuni sono luminose, spaziose ed elegantemente arredate, ma arredate in modo confortevole con molti posti a sedere per tutti. Ognuna delle otto camere da letto ha un'atmosfera unica e c'è anche una stanza speciale per i bambini soprannominata "la baia dei pirati" con letti a castello integrati e area giochi personalizzata.

    Caratteristiche esterne
    Una piscina privata riscaldata personalizzata e doccia privata con acqua calda. La piscina è piena di sedie a sdraio per crogiolarsi al sole. Sedersi in uno dei tanti rocker per rilassarsi e guardare le navi che passano da uno dei tanti ponti spaziosi intorno alla casa! C'è anche una cupola di livello superiore o vedetta per approfittare delle fantastiche viste dell'acqua. Barbecue e area barbecue, parco giochi privato con altalene e sabbiera.

    E per completare il tutto, c'è un bacino galleggiante extra large privato con lavandino. Porta la tua barca (o noleggia quella) e portala direttamente nel cortile posteriore!

    I kayak sono forniti gratuitamente per l'uso degli ospiti.

    Dalle esperienze passate, abbiamo imparato che stoccando e attrezzando la nostra casa al di sopra delle aspettative dei visitatori, garantiamo vacanze rilassanti, confortevoli e memorabili. Great House

This was a great house with everything we needed. Awesome location too! We had 5 families staying and we were all comfortable and had plenty to do!

Great Location

Great Location close to everything. Well supplied with kayaks, beach chairs and more. Plenty of room for a group to spread out and relax.

Great week at OIB!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at happy hours! The house is very conveniently located in the center of the town. We loved having a swimming pool and dock access, which we used for a rental boat from OIFC. The house is perfect for a large family with kids as there are multiple bunk bed rooms.

We have vacationed at Ocean Isle for many years. Happy Hours is the best. Alicia the house manager was very responsive to the few concerns that arose. We will definitely be back. Perfect location. Great home.

What a week!

Ocean Isle Beach is beautiful in itself but add Happy Hours and it made a very memorable vacation. The home was beautiful, well stocked kitchen and pool/beach necessities and the location was perfect. The park, museum, mini golf, stores, beach were all in walking distance. We had a large group and the house did not disappoint the crowd. I highly recommend this house for your Ocean Isle stay!

‘24 Family Vacation

We really love the stretch of land between Carolina Beach and Charleston. Vacationed at a dozen places in between and found this house to be big enough for our family and centrally located whether we wanted to go to Southport and take the ferry over to Carolina Beach or a quick ride into Myrtle Beach or Wilmington. This place fit us perfectly. We also love just staying local and checking out everything ocean Isle had to offer. We loved it and will come again.

Son’s wedding

Wonderful venue for a group celebrating something memorable. My 40 year old sons first wedding. Had a family gathering the evening before the wedding, everyone was impressed with the property.

Fun family week

We stayed for 1 week with family. The teenagers enjoyed the location and the walkability. Beach access was easier than expected. The property manager was very communicative. You could literally show up with clothes and have everything you need. Fantastic home.

Family Christmas

Had an amazing experience at this property. My family and I were able to enjoy each other in an amazing space. The elevator allowed my grandmother who is wheelchair bound to be a part of the festivities. The only negative would be in checking out. Check out is at 10am. At 10:04 while we were getting in the truck to leave when we we approached to be informed we needed to leave because other people were coming. It was 10:04….

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary

Our stay was Absolutely wonderful!! It was nice to be out of the hubbub of Myrtle Beach area. OI is beautiful, quaint and relaxing. The house is perfect on so many levels that we had a hard time leaving it each day to go to the beach or explore the nearby towns. The kitchen accommodated the eight cooks in the family all at the same time. Fixing meals is together time. The views off the decks are amazing. The pool and house is landscaped with palm trees that blow in the breeze and are lite up at night beautifully to enjoy the sunset and evening. We enjoyed being close to the park and the community events which we enjoyed them from the veranda. We have memories we will carry with us forever 🥰 We hope to be back soon. Thank you OIBHappyHours!

Amazing vacation!!!

We had a w wonderful time at this property. We had a total of 19 (including some babies/toddlers) and everyone had plenty of room to relax. Kitchen is stocked, pool and deck are a nice size, house is 2 blocks from the pier, and kayaks and dock were an added bonus. And plenty of covered outdoor deck space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! I highly recommend this house and OIB. Such a quaint beach town.

The house was just the right size. We rented late in the season and the house was not as clean as we expected, but the property manager and owner had someone come out and take care of it.

Family reunion

This is a beautiful facility with comfortable beds and furniture. There are many places to gather both inside and out. The location is an easy walk from beach, shops and playground. The manager is wonderfully responsive. We are a family of avid cooks. The two dish washers and refrigerators were key. Just about any utensil or pot size was available. Some were in rough shape but there were duplicates. Be aware that the captains nook has very narrow beds built into the walls. It was best used for storage or as a last resort. It is not pictured on VRBO. The pool was lovely and supplied with plenty of floats and seating. The best part was definitely working with Alicia. She went above and beyond.

The “sand castle”

We rented the happy hours beach house to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. The property was everything we hoped it would be. Everyone had an awesome time. Lots of great memories made that weekend. No regrets.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Happy Hour was the perfect location and size for our celebration! The pool was well used along with the beach, community park, and local museums! Mornings and evenings on the porches made for making memories. Lots of music, dancing, conversations and playing games. Canal was the best fishing hole ever! Thanks for a wonderful family time for all of us!

The Devil's in the Details

This home was in a very nice location - within walking distance to the beach and a really nice playground. The kitchen was well appointed and the double refrigerators were a plus for our large family. We did have some minor issues - our access code didn't work so we had to use the house manager's code to access the property. The internet was out when we arrived but that was rectified quickly. The other issues were mostly cleanliness items - most of the bathrooms could stand to be updated but in the interim all of the toilet seats and shower curtains need to be replaced. We also had to buy mattress and pillow covers because most beds didn't have them. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the house manager was no help after being notified via call and text that it wasn't working. Overall the house is nice . There was plenty of room for our large family, the balconies are beautiful and provided a lovely outdoor gathering space, the pool and barbeque areas were a hit as well. *Tip - Refer to the room listing on the page versus the floor plan in the photos for an accurate bed count. Rooms 4 and 8 are configured differently than what's shown on the floor plan.

Best part of 2020!

We have been vacationing as a group for 20 years. This was our favorite property. It had so much to offer, the owner was wonderful to work with, and we had such a great week! We loved how close it was to the beach, the kayaks were a hit!, the house was laid out so well. We hope to be back!!
