OCEAN FRONT 5 camere da letto, 6. 5 bagni, 22 posti letto. Immaginate come uno dei nostri primi ospiti in questa bellissima, nuova casa per la spiaggia di fronte all'oceano del 2017. Endless Summer è una 5 camera da letto su misura, 5 5 gemme da bagno che è professionalmente decorata e arredata per il massimo divertimento. Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per rendere la tua prossima vacanza il tuo meglio. Endless Summer ha una piscina 14'x26 'extra-large con bagno nelle vicinanze, ascensore con pannelli in legno, cucina molto grande, coperta extra large coperta e aperta, elettronica all'avanguardia e soprattutto ... proprio sull'oceano ! L'estate infinita presenta pavimenti in hickory al terzo piano di questo piano piano inverso con bella tegola sulla camera familiare al secondo piano e moquette in ogni camera da letto. Godetevi incredibili viste sull'oceano, coperte e coperte, coperte dal ponte superiore. Dal secondo ponte gode di vista sull'oceano coperto e una vista dei bambini che giocano nella piscina sotto. La bella cucina gourmet è stata progettata con grandi raduni in mente con un'isola centrale, mobili personalizzati, ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio e tutte le pentole e le attrezzature nuove. Confezione leggera, perché tutte le lenzuola sono fornite comprese lenzuola e asciugamani per le camere da letto. Forniamo anche asciugamani per la piscina. La nostra biancheria da letto è in cotone e confortevole insieme ai nostri asciugamani. Siamo stati in vacanza in Ocean Isle Beach per oltre 16 anni con i nostri amici e famiglia allargata e abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per incorporare ciò che amavamo le nostre migliori vacanze in questa casa. Great location and beautiful house. Loved all the outdoor seating since we had beautiful weather. Kitchen was well stocked. Great bathroom towels. Only small thing is the 1 time I didn’t bring beach towels they didn’t have any, but if I would have read initially the full description it does say to bring just normally they have always been a staple. We also brought a small tent for my 1 year old grand daughter and didn’t realize the beach has tent restrictions. Again saw when we got there was not a big deal but just adding as additional information. Hope to be back!Go Blue

Amazing home, amazing views, amazing memories!

This was our second year staying at David and Amy's beach house and we loved it even more the second year! When we arrived the home and pool were cleaned and ready for our stay. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We are a family that cooks all our meals at the house, so having a kitchen that is well stocked, spacious enough for multiple people prepping and conversating, and all the amenities (separate ice maker is a PLUS) made cooking and eating in a joy! Pool, patios, and decks are very spacious and well equipped with chairs and rockers to relax the afternoon and evenings away! Location is one of the best we have stayed at in Ocean Isle IMHO - 1.5 miles from the pier and 1 mile from the east end inlets - all great for morning runs/walks. Even before we left at the end of our week the family was asking (begging) that we come back again next year - and we surely will! Thank you (again) David and Amy!

Perfect beach vacation

Our family which ranges in age from 3 to 88 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Being on the beach was wonderful and having a pool was perfect with the kids! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Beach House / Excellent Host

Perfect Beach house for our family. Very Clean, and well kept. We had some issues with the appliances, however they were resolved quickly and efficiently. During those problems David was very respectful and did his best to work with us through the ordeal. We know you can't predict when an appliance is going to act up and it is not the host's fault. David handled it the best he could and made things right with us. We will be staying here again next year.

Ocean Isle Beach Incredible Vacation Home!

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Of course the location (right on the beach) was perfect, but in addition the amenities the home provided were also perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with great finishes. The kitchen was enormous; well stock with cooking and eating items - the best was the separate ice maker perfect for afternoon frozen cocktails. The pool and pool furnishings were perfect for early morning and late afternoon relaxation time. We had stayed two years ago in another of Dave's house which was incredible and was very much looking forward to our stay in this house - and it was just as if not more incredible. Thank you Dave and Amy!

Spectacular “Endless Summer”

This homes was perfect for our large family. The owners really thought of everything for a high quality vacation rental. The decks were huge with beautiful furniture and plenty of seating and the views were beyond spectacular. The kitchen was great for cooking large meals and the dining areas were plenty big. The private walkway to the beach was so nice - and the beach was wonderful and not crowded. There is not a public access area close to the house - keeping our part of the beach truly private for the homes in that section of the beach. The pool area was very nice as well. We had a fun time swimming and playing cornhole on the pool deck and having lunch and snacks by the pool. The bathroom by the pool is very convenient for both swimming and the beach. If we had one complaint it was that the pool water was very cold and it took a long time to get used to it. Everything else was on point, and we definitely plan to book this house again!!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a blast ! Dave was very gracious about straightening out a couple of issues up front ! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and had everything we could ever hope for. The ice machine was an added plus when packing a cooler for the beach. The private walkway to the beach, the fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, the huge dining table, two king master bedrooms, bathroom by the pool, outdoor showers , are just a few of the amazing amenities. The grandkids loved the bunk room! We couldn’t have asked for more! If we return to Ocean Isle, we will want to stay here again!

Amazing week in Ocean Isle

This property did not disappoint. Beautiful home, great location, easy access to the beach. Views from the top deck were amazing. Kitchen had everything imaginable. We spent the week with 8 adults and 6 kids, celebrating our 40th anniversary. Owner was very prompt to answer phone and/or text messages. Maintenance man Russ was very prompt and pleasant. The grandkids were already asking to come back before the week was even over. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to come back again!!!!!

Had a great time!

This was our first time at Ocean Isle and we all really enjoyed our stay - we really liked the smaller beach town vibe and would definitely stay at this house again. There was very easy access to the beach from the house and we spent a lot of time outside between the beach, pool and all the decks at the house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the double dishwashers, beverage fridge and ice maker were really helpful to have. The house is decorated very nicely and everything was very clean. It's an easy trip to the grocery stores and local restaurants. Communication from the owners was excellent and the local house managers were very responsive to the couple questions we had during our stay.

Stunning Beach Home

Our whole family, my husband and me along with two adult sons and spouses and 2 grandkids each stayed here last week. The location was amazing! The views from the decks was incredible! The pictures of the home were just as we found it. We enjoyed all our meals in and had everything we needed to prepare these meals. The linens and towels provided were a godsend since that was one thing we didn’t have to bring. We were the only ones who drove so it would have added so much more to our long list of beach must haves. David was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you,David for allowing us to use your beautiful home for a week. By the way, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets were close by. Everything very convenient. Our only regret was it was over too quickly.

Wonderful memories!

Beautiful. Anything you could possibly need was there in or around the house. We all enjoyed the closeness of the beach, and still had our own private pool. Very accomodating. I would recommend this beach house to any family that wants to relax and enjoy family time together.

Wonderful property for a family vacation. Eight adults and eight children were very comfortable for the week. The large kitchen was great for everyone. The proximity to the beach was perfect for going to and from the ocean. We all enjoyed the pool for afternoon and evening swims. Overall a great stay.

Not quite what we expected

I will say this is a nice home but not suitable for people with small children. The numerous staircases make the house disjointed and difficult to get around with small ones. We also had to make barriers for the stairs so the children would not fall down them. The outside stairs have gates which is nice. The listing photos make the house look much nicer than it is. I did tell the owner about extermination issues that were needed at the home. He responded promptly but unfortunately with the amount of money we spent, we really should not have encountered the amount of roach and fly problems this house had. At the least, I feel a discount would've been appropriate to at least offer. The pool area has an extreme fly problem. Even if you move the trash cans to the street it doesn't make a difference. Fans should be installed to at least keep air flowing so there aren't so many of them. Since the pool is set down under the beach it gets no breeze. The house is listed as 1.5miles from the town which you would think is walking distance but it seems a lot longer than that so we were mostly house bound all week if we didn't want to drive. I think a more accurate description of the lay out of the home and location in connection to the town is needed. If you don't have a golf cart with you, you will need a car to drive to restaurants or the pier. Lastly, the house was poorly equip with cooking utensils. There are two pans and a sheet tray but we cooked a lot at home so this was difficult to maneuver most of the week. The beds only had very light blankets on them so a heavier comforter was needed to make them more comfortable. Overall the price we paid was not in line with what we rented. I am a professional property manager in Charlotte, NC and I hate giving less than reviews but I wish I had seen a more accurate description prior to renting this home. You only get one or two large vacations a year and to have this be one that we would rather forget is extremely disappointing.

This house was perfect for our extended family's much-needed vacation. The pool and beach out the back door were the highlights of the trip. We didn't stray far! Endless Summer was a dream come true.

This property could not have been better in meeting our needs. We had a total of 13 family members together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The living space was more than ample to accommodate our group. Having two dish washers was a big plus and the huge ice maker was a big help also. Everything was as described and the house is such a great layout and is furnished and decorated to a high level. Having the pool and the beach plus the many activities at and around Ocean Isle Beach kept everyone busy and having fun. This rental could not have worked out better for us.
