The Space:

The ultimate beach retreat in Ocean Isle Beach, where luxury and relaxation come together to create an unforgettable vacation experience! This stunning new build will take your breath away the moment you step inside. This home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with a pool, outdoor Tiki bar, and open floor concept! The home is complete with magnificent ocean views, you'll wake up each day feeling like you're living a dream while being just steps away from the ocean!



The five well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests.



On the first floor, guests will love spending time in the fully stocked wet bar, hanging out on the sectional sofa, an assortment of games that everyone in your group will enjoy, there's something for everyone. It's the perfect space to let loose and create memories that will last a lifetime. Also on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms.



You will find the first bedroom has a Queen and two Twin bunks up top. Alongside you'll find the next has a bedroom with a queen bed. These bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom has a King size bed and also has an en suite bathroom equipped with a walk in shower.

The top floor has two bedrooms with King size beds.

On this top floor you will find the primary suite that has an en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower.

The other bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

All the bedrooms have Smart TV’s.



The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting modern appliances, including 2 dishwashers, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy culinary creations at the expansive eat-in kitchen table and island, or take advantage of the outdoor dining on the 2nd floor. This kitchen is fully equipped with all essential kitchenware, prepping and cleaning up after meals will be a breeze, even for large groups!



The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and large windows that flood the space with natural light.



Step outside and enter a paradise that awaits you! . One of the standout features of this vacation rental is the private pool area. This area features a Tiki bar and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, making it the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, or grill out with the family! Enjoy your favorite drink and bask in the warm sun while listening to your favorite tunes. When you're ready to cool off, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling water or float on a pool noodle, all while soaking up the sun's rays.



For added convenience, an elevator is available, providing easy access to all levels of the home. Whether you're carrying groceries or simply want to avoid the stairs, this thoughtful amenity ensures that everyone can move effortlessly throughout the property.



There is also a storage closet fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and beach toys for your stay!



As a guest at “Blue Heaven”, you'll also have access to “The Resort at OIB” community's amenity center and ocean front pool, located adjacent to the property. Take advantage of the additional pool access, bathrooms, a crab dock, and private beach access to enhance your vacation experience.

The pool is open year round and can be heated for an additional cost of $150 a day. When heated, the pool water should be between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. You must pay for the entire stay and can not pick and choose days you want the pool heated. We can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures, however the gas heaters are very effective during most conditions. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule.



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk

Bicycles and Golf Carts are easy to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:



Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).



If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.



Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).



NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.



Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.



We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
