Situato all'angolo tra East 2nd Street e Concord, questo cottage sulla spiaggia non ha solo una vista sull'oceano dalla veranda coperta anteriore, ma anche una splendida vista sul canale dalla veranda coperta posteriore. Ciò che lo rende ancora migliore, è che sei solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (accesso pubblico a Concord), così come una facile passeggiata al centro di Ocean Isle Beach per shopping, ristoranti, mini-golf, molo di pesca, nonché qualsiasi altra attività stagionale dell'OIB. Per gli ospiti del proprietario della barca, il documento sul canale privato fornisce l'accesso diretto alla ICW.

La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca: frigorifero, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. Abbiamo anche una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice!

Posti letto 10+: King (in alto), King (in alto), doppio (in alto), doppio (in alto), Queen (ingresso esterno), Queen Bunks (ingresso esterno). 3 bagni completi - due in alto e uno in basso. Had a great time at OIB. Hadn't been there in over 35 years. The home was perfect. Outside shower to wash off from the beach. Pool was great. Would definitely go back.

Location is great

Multi generation family all found something to love about this house. Beach time, pool time, dock time and rest time. Everything we needed for the week was there. Bring your own beach gear or rent from a local business. Fish and crab on the dock. We will return.

Great location

Great boat access and quick walk to the beach. We loved having the pool too. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Unfortunately, the one of the beds broke but they came to replace that evening with all new furniture.

Our grandchildren ages 6 months to eleven loved this property. Both the pool and the dock for fishing were winners! Overall great location but road noise was an issue for our downstairs family. While the downstairs was clean, the rooms are very dark and small. No dressers for clothing. I almost felt bad for the family that ended up downstairs because it wasn’t the same standard as the upstairs. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the cooking and eating necessities you will need.

The house is in a fantastic location, one block away from a ramp beach access, which is fantastic. The pool is a wonderful addition to allow for relaxing afternoon after going to the beach. The house has recently been updated and is very accommodating and comfortable.

This was a great property for our group of 9. We loved the proximity to the Concord St Beach access as well as the pool. Kitchen was very well appointed and we cooked all our meals for the week.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at OIB. We had a small issue with the code on the door but Brad was great at adjusting and helping us problem solve. Having the pool was a great break from the sand and beach and the house was big and roomy for all of us!

Another great week in OIB

This was our second summer staying at this beach house. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We love the close proximity to the beach, the pool and the layout of the home. We didn’t need to message the property owner for anything during our stay. We loved the new rockers on the front porch this year. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Brad’s place. It’s beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach is a very short walk & the pool was nice to cool off in after a fun day at the beach. We loved sitting in the rockers every morning. This was our first time to Ocean Isle, we loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks Robin

Location Location

This house is in a great location and the pool was a great place to hang out with our extended family members. We have stayed here before and the house has been updated over the years. The only reason we would be unlikely to stay here again is the musty air in the downstairs bedrooms. Despite using the ductless air and dehumidifier consistently, there is still dampness in the air. I would also recommend providing cheap beach chairs for the season for convenience of the guests. Otherwise the house is fantastic and close to everything.

Excellent property and location!

We had a great time at Brad’s place. The location is excellent and it was great to have a pool available when we got tired of being sandy in the afternoons. They did a nice remodel to this house. Brad was very responsive and helpful to all our inquiries as well.

Amazing home

Location, amenities, private pool … this house is amazing. It was our first time to OIB but not our last and we want to stay here again! the bedrooms were great for our blended families and the bathrooms each had a walk in shower - very nice!

Perfect family vacation

My family loves to vacation in OIB and this was our first year at this property. We absolutely loved the location - it’s a corner lot on the canal so you don’t have neighbors right on top of you and there is a public beach access one block away. The smaller sized pool and fenced in yard were perfect for our small children. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also kid-friendly which was a huge plus! We loved the front and back porches for morning and evening relaxing. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, although we didn’t really need anything. We usually like to try a new beach house every summer but we enjoyed our stay here so much, we already booked it for next year!

Wonderful property 1 block from beach

We loved our experience at this property. The owner was very responsive and I only had a few questions to ask. The dock was perfect for a fishing break from the beach and the pool was a definite bonus. Would gladly stay at this location again in Ocean Isle.

Great week with beautiful weather!

Beautiful, newly renovated house with a very short walk to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were very disappointed with the cleaning job. We spent a lot of time on our first day cleaning ourselves. I didn't think to let Brad know until that evening. He quickly responded and worked to make it right by offering a credit and for the cleaning company to come back out which we declined. In general, there were a couple things that needed a deep clean and could not be remedied with such a quick turn-a-around with renters. Other than that hiccup, everything else was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, and comforters were great. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the private pool was super nice to come back to at the end of a long beach day. Only other thing I wish this house had for the price was shared beach supplies, especially chairs, and a wagon.

Great family vacation home.

We loved our stay. We had ages ranging from 4 to 87 and everyone of us had a great time. The pool was wonderful and walking to the beach was just minutes away. I would stay again and again. Our host answered any questions we had and gave lots of suggestions. Loved Ocean Isle Beach!

Great location-2 bedrooms downstairs have issues

We had great communication with the homeowner up to the point of having issues with the refrigerator and AC upon arrival. The refrigerator had a difficult time keeping up with the transition of guests, but began working by the next morning. It still didn't keep drinks extremely cold. The AC did not get fixed until the next day and it took until late into the night for it to cool down. The contact number left for the homeowner was incorrect, but we were able to get in touch with the VRBO app. The downstairs bedrooms have a dehumidifier that is not mentioned in the descriptions. The first morning we woke up the linens and items in the room were damp. We had to empty the dehumidifier twice each day in order for it to work. When reaching out to the homeowner he took longer to respond AND said that it wouldn't be fixed until Saturday....the day we were leaving. We had to continue to empty twice a day. When reaching out about our concern, we never heard a reply from the homeowner. This is not acceptable service. You also have to go outside and come into the house for access to the kitchen and living area. Also, the home had dog hair on the cushions and rugs outside. We had a guest allergic to dogs and when I reached out to ask about whether there had been dogs present, I was again heard nothing. We asked for a price adjustment for our issues, which were many, but still have not heard a reply. We will obviously not be staying at this home again, which is sad because it is a great location.
