NUOVA LISTA!  Islander Villas Community- Ocean Isle Beach, NC. I nostri 1700 piedi quadrati professionalmente decorati con quattro camere da letto, quattro bagni completi offrono tutti i comfort di casa e gli extra sicuri di tenere i bambini tranquilli e intrattenuti. L'unità si trova all'estremità ovest di Ocean Isle ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ogni camera ha la sua TV. La camera dei bambini con i letti a castello ha una X-Box e una Play Station con giochi per l'intrattenimento. Camera da letto con due letti matrimoniali ha una Wii con giochi. Internet ad alta velocità incluso. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size con cabina armadio. Camera da letto aggiuntiva con letto matrimoniale. Tana rilassante con un'abbondanza di finestre che offrono una vista eccellente sulla laguna artificiale e vista parziale sull'oceano. Ponte posteriore con arredamento rilassante perfetto per leggere o sonnecchiare. Ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma la cucina è completamente attrezzata con tavolo da cucina di grandi dimensioni per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza di cottura. Attrezzature da spiaggia nel guardaroba al piano di sotto comprende un ombrellone, boogie boards, sedie, palle di bocci. Per coloro che desiderano una pausa dalla spiaggia, l'Islander Beach Club con piscina fronte oceano, vasca idromassaggio e tiki bar è a disposizione degli ospiti. L'Islander Villas si trova nella prestigiosa zona ovest di Ocean Isle. Si trova tra Wilmington e Myrtle Beach. L'area è un paradiso per i golfisti con oltre 25 campi da golf nella zona del North Carolina. Beautiful condo; plenty of space. Short walk to beach. Only issue was the long walk to the pool. In the heatwave, too far to walk to pool and only paid parking available.Cliff was a great host. Everyone enjoyed the pond in back of condo with ducks, turtles and heron.

Quiet and Peaceful

Very convenient place to stay. Very nicely furnished. Easy walk to beach. Would recommend this unit. We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit.

Family Vacation

My family consisting of my elderly grandmother and three small children stayed recently. The elevator was very helpful for my grandmother. The property had plenty room to accompany all of us. The location was great.

Great stay

Ideal beach condo. Clean and ideally furnished for family use. Elevator and house layout made it easy for my elderly mother to be with us. Not beachfront, but close walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The unit was clean, well equipped, and an easy walk to the beach. Ample parking for our three cars. Basketball courts and tennis courts close to the unit. Host was very responsive. The weather was a little overcast and cooler, but that’s to be expected at the end of May into early June. We still got many good beach days in.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had our family there with children. Plenty of room. Very clean. We rented a golf cart which made it perfect driving to the pool and beach. Very quiet at night which was nice with little ones sleeping. Owner was very nice and responded right away when I had a question. We would definitely go back.

Our late summer vacation.

Weather was hot and humid but still caught a nice breeze even tho we were on the first floor. The place was clean, furniture in good condition. Family enjoyed their stay. I came home early because I got a cold. Would like to stay there again.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! There was more space than we anticipated and everything was just as expected. Cliff was very responsive whenever we had a question! Great location and would not hesitate to recommend Cliff or this property in the future.

Great place for large families!

PROS: This unit was much larger than the pictures made it appear which was an exciting surprise! We also had additional members of our family stay at the same time in the unit next door. We shared the whole patio and that was awesome for our family. There was plenty of seating and great views of the water (which has lots of turtles in it, so cool to see!). The beach was a very short walk (just across the street) and you have access to the Islander Villas pool club. Cliff, the owner, was very attentive via text before, during, and after our stay and we felt he was easily accessible. The unit has every amenity you need and the HUGE kitchen table is amazing for family meals! It seats at least 8. Lastly, there are nice beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards in the beach closet, which I appreciated because I didn't have room to bring those things along in our car. THINGS TO KNOW: The Islander Villas Pool is about a 7-10 min walk depending on who is walking with you :). You can also drive, which we found was easiest. It did limit our pool time though, so if you're a big pool family, you might consider something closer. And any alcohol you would like to consume at the pool you have to purchase there. Again, totally ok but just something to be prepared for! There is beach access right off the pool too so you could always make a day of it and go back and forth.

Cliff was fantastic to work with — wonderful communication and helpful guides every step of the way. It’s a great condo; we all loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The comfortable rockers and the constant ocean breeze made the back porch our favorite place to hang out together in the evenings!

Great family vacation spot

My family of nine people thoroughly enjoyed our Ocean Isle vacation. The condo was plenty of room for nine adults and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, especially the rocking chairs on the deck! We had an issue with one of the toilets that was addressed in less than 24 hours of letting the manager know. I would definitely recommend this as a place for anyone’s vacation.

Nice location & condition

Lovely Vacation Home with Amenities Galore

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sooo wish we could have been there longer. Spacious, yet still cozy, with lots for our children to do! The turtles were a highlight!
