Upstairs, you’ll find another king bed and a queen bed in the fifth bedroom. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping arrangements if needed.

Step outside to enjoy the 12' x 25' private pool, perfect for lounging or cooling off. The outdoor wet bar and a shower with hot and cold water add to the poolside experience. Inside, you'll find all the amenities to make your stay comfortable, including all stainless-steel appliances, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and secure Wi-Fi. The home also features ceiling fans, a blender, an iron/ironing board, and a porta-crib for the little ones.

This property ensures a seamless experience with keyless entry for your convenience. For added ease, the golf cart outlet is located under the house, and linens will be dropped off at the front door for your stay. Upon departure, simply place the linens back in the bag and leave them outside for pickup.

Please note that this property is non-smoking and does not allow pets, ensuring a pristine environment for all guests. Beach towels, paper products, and soap are not provided, but the home is fully equipped with 14 towels and washcloths for your stay.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
