Welcome to the Islander Villas community in OIB! Enjoy spectacular unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sound from this luxury 4BR/4BA condo that sleeps 12 on a large furnished and shaded deck. This 2nd Floor Villa is fully furnished with a supplied kitchen, tub, wet bar, covered parking, and elevator. Visitors will have access to ocean front club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar, tennis, and casual dining restaurant. Just a short walk to beach and all attractions! Pool and Hot tub are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

We spent 2 glorious weeks on Ocean Isle. We had been concerned that we would be too far away from the pool and ocean access. We had tried to get golf carts a couple of weeks prior to going, but none were available. That's a good thing. We were able to drive our vehicles to the pool and ocean access point, since we had passes for the pool. Overall, we were well pleased with our stay,

Beautiful and Spacious

This place was exactly as described with only one small downfall, the walk to the beach was further than expected. It was walkable but not for my 76 year old mom, but the drive to the beach was short and parking was no issue. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the wildlife below our deck in the marshy pond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

2024 Vacation

This is second year we have stayed at this unit. We love location and elevator since my husband uses walker and wheelchair. View is wonderful and so close to basketball and pickleball court that kids love. Our only disappointment was the condition of sofas. They were so uncomfortable and you could feel springs from cushions sticking up.

Yearly vacation for our family

Our yearly vacation was wonderful. Celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary and my mom’s 83rd birthday. It was very HOT during this week and we rented a golf cart for transporting to beach from our villa but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was satisfied with their rooms and plenty of space. The villa had everything we needed. Our only wish was that we had a pool closer to our villa.

excellent property for our family

we stayed 4 nights - had no issues, except initially getting in, which was immediately remedied. We had everything we needed and it is a plus that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking in, which we did for most meals. It is also a plus that the property is pet-friendly. Beach access was fairly close. The pool was a bit of a walk, especially with children, but we were told that up front. Basketball and pickle ball courts were very close. I would request this property again in the future.

Annual Family Beach Trip to OIB

Great property with wonderful views of marsh and unobstructed ocean in distance. Easily accommodated 7 adults. My 82 year old mother loved sitting on back deck with the breeze taking in the scenery. Very clean and nice that linens are supplied and beds made. Rented 2 golf carts for the week for the daily trek to beach with all of our beach gear. Kitchen was adequately stocked but could have used a few more updated pots of varying sizes and an extra casserole dish or two given we ate dinner in all week. My 2 Cavalier pups loved all the walks and beach. It was fantastic the unit was pet friendly which was a primary reason we chose this villa in the Islander Villas complex. The signs warning of alligator habitat by all the ponds initially made me very nervous walking the dogs but never saw anything alarming except loads of turtles and ducks. Watched lots of kids and families enjoy throwing bread to ducks and turtles. The pickle ball, tennis courts and basketball courts stayed busy all week with folks enjoying the extra amenities.

Great OIB getaway!

Great location, Isle Club access is a plus! Wish I’d brought a beach wagon… a golf cart is wise for families. The “pet friendly” policy was the most important part During my stay, condos were not completely booked, there was privacy for all renters.

Amazing get away with the family!

This property is great! We had 8 adults and 3 children. The elevator makes access so easy. Beautiful view of the ocean from afar and the sound and this amazing little pond full of turtles, huge fish, and even an alligator. The kids pool was closed, which kinda made it hard to manage the one year old. But regular pool, bar, and hot tub were awesome. It is a short drive, kind of a walk to the pool area. Golf cart rental is recommended for sure. But overall, so pleased.

Multigenerational Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and roomy and the views were breath taking. We saw deer, fish, turtles, and even a coyote! There was a basketball, tennis, and pickleball court nearby. The only disappointment was the kiddie pool being out of order- not under anyone's control....Great place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at ocean isles. The property really suited our needs. However, there should’ve been some mention in the advertisement about the pool being closed, hot tub being shut down and kitty pool being closed.

Let me start off by saying overall this was a good experience, great location, great communication with owner, awesome balcony area with views. The home itself was good but I would only advise, need to keep a closer eye on the cleaning. Bedsheets did not look or smell like they were freshly cleaned. Blood stain on our comforter. I had to wipe down our bathroom counter. Carpets looked quite dark/worn. But these are things that can be easily addressed.
