Sea La Vie

Welcome to an oasis at the ocean! This spacious condo boasts an open floor plan for your family or friends to enjoy quality time together. The main living area features comfortable furniture that consists of a pit-sofa & reclining leather chair. The television is capable of streaming your Netflix, Hulu etc...while you listen to the sound of the waves! Enjoy a meal together at the dining table or the counter bar which provides a total of seating for 10! The kitchen comes extremely well equipped with coffee makers (both a pot and K-cups), all appliances and many other amenities for cooking anything you want. Dishes, pots and pans and all utensils are provided as well, including cooking utensils.
The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a King bed, Smart TV, Bathtub/Shower, hairdryer, towels, linens, iron and board, all for your convenience!
The second bedroom has 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds and is perfect for any age of guest, and sleeps a total of 6! This bedroom also provides you with a Smart TV and plenty of space to play video games!
The second full bathroom comes equally as equipped as the first. You will find a bathtub/shower, hair dryer and towels.
Enjoy two outdoor spaces. There is a bar with four stools on the front that overlooks the pool and the ocean. There is also a porch on the back that lets you enjoy some quiet time to look around the island while relaxing in a couple rockers.
Come prepared to relax, play in the sand and enjoy an AMAZING view! We look forward to hosting you!

Clean and well furnished. Everything worked, I’m guessing the thermostat was locked because we wanted to raise the temperature a bit. Plenty of restaurants and the beach was great.

Great Location!

The location cannot be beat. Right across a small parking area to the beach. The pool was awesome. Nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Primary bedroom bed was comfy, 2nd bedroom beds decent but noisy. Sean was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The front door lock is tricky/glitchy. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the condo or the property. We had guests in the neighboring bldg who stayed up every night until 3am or later. Playing music, drinking and shooting off fireworks. They sat at picnic tables beneath the building (bldg is on stilts). They were essentially right beneath the primary bed window and kept us up every night.we would stay here again but this time we were just unlucky to have had neighbors.

Door lock was rusted and extremely hard to open. Owner contacted. But stated he could not come to check, we left door unlocked because we were concerned we could not get back in. Black mold on walls and ceiling of family room. Musty smell. Owner said it was because of tropical storm. Stools shown on description are rusted metal, unsafe to sit on. Owner apologized. I would not recommend this place. Owner supervision is lacking

Wonderful condo!

This was a comfy, spacious pet friendly condo for a week long beach vacation. Location could not have been better- very quiet and quick, easy access to the beach. Everything was in great condition- and the decorating was so tasteful and simple. It was nice to not have a million knick knacks crowding space! Hope to be able to book again the future!

This place is fantastic! Everything you need for a beautiful OIB stay!

We LOVED our stay at Sea La Vie. The condo could not be in a better location on OIB. The bar and stools on the front porch make sure that you can dine with a view of the ocean every meal! The pool is clean and rarely occupied. Felt like we had it to ourselves. You are just steps from the beautiful Ocean Isle beach possibly the widest beachfront on the whole island. The condo is tastefully appointed, really calm and relaxing vibe. Furniture and beds super comfy. We also loved the big sturdy dining room table and when the grandkids visited it was perfect for games and puzzles. Speaking of which, the owner has thought of everything even a kids’ drawer of games and crafts! Everything was very clean. There are hooks throughout the hallway, bedrooms, and bath which is so perfect for beach time clothes and towels! Kitchen has all you’ll need to cook your meals and more. Sean is super responsive. When things came up I messaged him and he responded right away. Very helpful and accommodating. We will be back. You should come too!

Excellent beach location

Great location on quiet end of a quiet beach town. Exactly what we wanted. Short walk to and from the beach. Available charter fishing on the island. Convenient grocery stores and markets. Well-stocked kitchen, which isn’t always the case for beach condos. Nice touches like various streaming services, books, games, local tips.

Wonderful October Week

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice condo. Appears to be newly remodeled. It was great to not have to pack linens. We had everything we needed in the condo. Very easy communication. Major plus being able to bring our dog. Weather was perfect! The downside was not having space for the beach cart but we stored on the front deck, so not terrible. I would book again! Thanks for sharing your piece of OIB!
