Welcome to Flounder Inn, a spacious oceanfront getaway located at 127 West First Street in Ocean Isle Beach. This five-bedroom, five-bathroom home offers room for the whole family, stunning ocean views, and easy access to the beach—plus access to the community pool just 250 feet away.

The home is spread across two levels. On the main level, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. One of these rooms includes a TV. Upstairs, the oceanfront bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and beautiful ocean views. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each include two queen beds. All five bedrooms have private bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest.

In the living room, there’s a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for seven at the kitchen bar, making meals together easy and relaxed.

While this property does not offer cable service, three Smart TVs are available for streaming with your own accounts, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay.

Additional amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, an enclosed outdoor shower, central heating and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. Relax with ocean breezes on the covered main-level porch or soak up the sun on the open second-floor deck.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
