“Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

“Very nice property, beautiful decor, spacious. Very safe location with plenty of parking. Quiet location away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the beach and everywhere else in Old Orchard. Highly recommended, would come back.”

“We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom. “Good location and very clean.Issues: window shade was poorly installed and fell on me every time I tried to adjust it.The bed was sub-par and there was no remote to the living room TV. Otherwise, the room was adequate.”

“It’s very reasonable for the price, quite cozy. Communicating with the owner was very pleasant and always quick to respond. Only downside was parking. The place has 6-7 units and parking is very limited, sometimes you get a parking spot and then the next time you’re trying to figure out where to park. The units are well numbered although be nice to have a little direction of where to enter. Overall, nice stay, clean and very close to anything you may need.”

“Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.”
