“Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.”

Also close to Monument Square, it’s an area frequented by people needing extra supports for addiction, homelessness, mental health. The secondary entrance was often blocked by a person ranting or sleeping. Disturbed yelling is common into the late night/early morning. “Very clean and modern apartment in a conveniently located spot. Hosts were great and checked in with us after arrival to make sure we had everything we needed! ”

“The condo was in an excellent location, close to town and all the shops and attractions. Though not directly on the ocean, we had a great view from our front window to the ocean. Kitchen area was up to date and had all the amenities one may need. “ Good number of rooms. If you have a car, the location is easy to get around into Old Port or further into Bayside. For what its worth, if you're planning on cooking any meals while there, make sure to check the cookware situation for what you may need. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay here.”
