Perfect location!

Every part of our stay was amazing!!! Steps to the beach. The pool was an extra bonus! The hosts went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect!! Will definitely be back!!!

Ocean near but property manager rude

When we called the property manager to tell him we needed help and many things were either broken or not working properly he responded with” I can’t take this anymore” in a very rude way. There was a light that was not working right, the toilet handle was broken, the dresser drawer would not shut properly, a towel rack was broken.

Perfect beach retreat

The place was clean, simple and well equipped. I noticed new chairs and towels had been purchased. I did not need for anything and the location was great and within minutes of the beach and my friends. The manager on site was all over the only question I had, the tv and Wi-Fi were off. It was solved with an hour. Thanks!

Simply perfect

My husband and I loved this condo. The location was the best. We walked to the beach everyday. The condo had everything we needed in it. Comfy bed too! We come visit family every year and I hope we can stay here every time.

Seaside apartment

Nice, basic apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Pluses include an amazing location, clean pool, parking, dog-friendly, newly-renovated nice decor, and great on-site management! Minuses include a smaller, older unit, septic, no dishwasher, and a small shared coin laundry. We worked remotely and the WiFi was OK. We decided to use a laundry service since we stayed for 4 weeks and that was fine. For us, the pluses far out-way the minuses. We hope to come back.

Great set up.

The place was great ,very clean and newly renovated.Nicely set up with everything you need. Donna the manager was always around and took care of anything that we needed. Quiet area ,great beach and close to everything..

Terrific Rental in Every Way

We spent the month of December in Seaview #14, a one-bedroom end unit. This is a great location one block from the beach and quiet, but close to shops and restaurants. The unit was by far the cleanest we have ever rented! The co-owners, Peter and Donna (she also lives at the site) were ultra-responsive. There is an excellent Keurig machine, but we drink a LOT of coffee, and Donna walked a 1/4 mile to get us a 10-cup coffee maker, even though her car was broken down!! The whole facility is immaculate and very well maintained. Jim the caretaker (who also lives at the site), is eager to please and helps with any need that may arise. We highly recommend this rental as the best we've ever had, and would certainly stay again if the opportunity presents!!

Wonderful Hosts

First, a big thank you to Donna and Peter for making my stay hassle free. I asked for more water and coffee, etc. and had it that day or the next. The room has many extras like beach chairs, towels and Donna lent me an umbrella one day when it rained. Best of all, they replaced a beat up old bicycle with a brand new one which I enjoyed riding around the area.

Healthy Holiday

I picked this place because I could get plenty of exercise. It's a nice variety to walk on the beach, go swimming in the pool and bicycle riding all in the same day. Quiet surroundings. Facility is well kept.

Pleasant Little Nest

The property is clean and the 1-bedroom apartment was stocked with plush towels and other amenities to help me feel comfortable. The price was fair and overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice place but poor management

The place is very nice and excellent for the price. I loved the location and the people who were all year renters who lived there. However, the manager and partial owner, Donna was very rude to me when I needed help with something. She spoke to me very passive-aggressively and like I was stupid and a child. She has some issues with communicating like a mature adult; I would not give a penny of my hard earned money to her again.

Good enough

Place was clean and close to the beach. Only thing was it said it had a king bed but only a full and a futon couch. But we just slept separate. Was ok. These others in the complex are very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Nicely updated with very comfortable bed. Peter and Donna were very helpful. Great little spot. The only thing that needs improvement is the poor wifi and internet connection.

Boutique and quaint property in an ideal location for a southern Florida vacation

We loved this clean well appointed unique boutique property... we felt at home from the day we arrived and best of all our small dog was welcomed too! It was the perfect location for our relaxing break with the beach, great shopping and tons to explore all close by. We enjoyed our quiet times relaxing by the pool and lovely garden patio and our area walks with our dog too.. The owners were very accommodating and available to assist with any of our requests...We felt very safe and are now looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!
