This peaceful secluded property is situated on 2 acres ocean front with seasonal private direct beach path. Enjoy a 7-8 minute walk to the beach in summer/fall via path or a 2 min drive to the public Copalis Beach entrance around the corner.

Riptide Retreat is a dog friendly and fully fenced. Up to 3 dogs allowed with a daily fee of $25 per dog per day. 2 car garage (compact/midsize vehicles) included. RV parking available upon request (no hookups). Additional guest fees apply beyond 6 guests.

The property is located between down town Ocean Shores and Seabrook! Bring the whole family for all the comforts from home including laundry room, well appointed kitchen, electric fireplace, propane grill, large deck, reclining leather sofas, Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s, Keurig and drip coffee makers, 2 Pack N Plays, safety gate, large dog crate, board games, beach toys and more!

From beachcombing for sea treasures, golfing the 18-hole golf course, horseback riding or fat-tire biking on the sand, clamming or fishing in the ocean, paddle boarding or kayaking the freshwater canals and lakes, to banging around with bumper cars or throwing strikes at the bowling alley, Ocean Shores offers something enjoyable for the entire family! Take a beautiful 9 mile drive up 109 to Seabrook for a day of shopping and eateries or just just to visit Pacific Beach.

Riptide is a 1500 square ft 2 story home and accommodates 6 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Main upper level hosts master ensuite (with flat screen TV, double sinks and shower in bathroom), living, dining, kitchen, half bath and large deck. Lower level includes front entry, 2 car garage, queen bedroom with closet, twin room with 2 beds, guest bathroom with tub.

This is Bear Country
Ocean Shores is known for black bear families. There have been several bear sightings on the property near the path so we ask that you take extra precaution. Please keep the gates closed, pets on leash (when outside the fenced areas), and stay with children on the path to the beach. Consider traveling in groups and bringing bear spray. Avoid leaving food outside or in your vehicle to avoid attracting them. Please pack your left over food and take it with you when you check-out (do not leave in dumpster). NEVER run away from a bear.
