We paid $200 a night to Expedia for this place and they gave us their worst room because I believe we booked with Expedia. We had elevator on the right side of our room where families gathered and carried on long conversations with kids screaming; it is basically a hotel for families with kids and dogs and is very noisy. On the other side of our room we had the stairs where kids ran up and down screaming and playing. Right in front of our door they had the party room where people left the door open and the noise was unbearable. This happened for two days of our three days stay. When we asked the hotel staff to ask them to be more mindful of other guests and close the door, the rude male staff told me this is a family hotel and quiet time is not until 10 pm. He needs serious customer service and sensitivity training. Our unit was on the second floor and the balcony faced a picnic and barbecue area and people would walk out the back door and lit cigarets and smoke will come into our room. The efficiency unit was old and outdated and carpet and floors needed deep cleaning. You can also hear footsteps from the third floor and the people there were rearranging the furniture until 11:30 pm one night. It was a nightmare. We will never go back. Expedia needs to have a talk with management not to place the Expedia customers in their worst rooms. We paid a lot for this place and it was not worth it; and we had no peace at all and did not enjoy our stay there.
