The Bedrooms:
​Primary Suite includes a Queen bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite full bathroom (tub/shower combo), plus a walk in closet.
​Guest Bedroom is perfect for families or friends, featuring one Queen bed and one Twin bed.
​Need extra space? An air mattress is available for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Outdoor Living Amenities:
​Pet-Friendly fully fenced front and backyard where your dog can run safely while you gather around the firepit for evening hangs. You can also sit out front and listen to the Mississippi forest choir of bugs and critters!

Boater’s Paradise:
Love the water? A public boat launch is less than a mile away, so bring your gear and get on the water in minutes! The driveway is long too, so a small boat may fit - just ask!

Thoughtful Touches:

House Rules & Pet Policy:
​We love furry friends! Pets are welcome for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please ensure you select "bringing a pet" at checkout, or we can easily process the fee via an additional payment request post-booking. We also have pet bags for easy clean ups available.

​Occupancy & Safety:
To maintain the peace, occupancy is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 guests unless prior permission is granted. No parties or events are permitted.

​Security:
For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are present. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
