“Great little studio apartment. Clean and well stocked with dishes etc. Beds very comfortable but regular twin size. If tall may not be as comfortable. Location is great to downtown and the beach. As advertised it is right next to the railroad tracks and train runs several times a night. Bring your ear plugs. Also lots of windows, great light during the day but also lots of street lights at night. If you like it dark at night bring your sleep mask. Price reasonable for the area. ”

“Staying at any of the Oak shade suites & house is always a good experience. Cleanliness of bathroom could’ve used some improvement. Not sure what was on the surface of the tub. Extra blanket had large burn hole. Replacing it would be good. I would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Thank you so much. ”
