  • Approximately a mile from the water, Tranquility on Teringo is a beautiful, three-bedroom, fully fenced-in property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

    This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fully fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

    Tranquility on Teringo is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

    Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

    Tranquility on Teringo features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you would rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

    The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV.

    In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and SmartTV, and in the two guest bedrooms, you will find a Queen bed in one, and the other has bunk beds with a pull-out trundle bed for additional sleeping space. Each has Smart TVs.

    There are two bathrooms, one full with a combination shower/tub and one half bathroom. We have a tankless water heater for continuous hot water.

    The property has high-speed wireless Internet, and two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

    We have a large, fully enclosed fenced-in backyard and firepit. To relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast air.

    ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation, or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

    ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

    Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide an electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost. We also have beach chairs to bring to lounge at the beach!

    While at Tranquility on Teringo you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

It’s been a family tradition for the last 4 years to spend the 4th in Biloxi. This was our first year staying in a house, it was so nice and peaceful. My kids enjoyed themselves, it was perfect for my in laws as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We so enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the downtown shops and lots of wonderful restaurants. The house was perfect for a small group and was well stocked with all of our short term needs. You thought of everything! The rain interfered with our golf cart ride, so we’ll be back. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

The rooms were clean. There were more than enough towels. Kitchen was handy and stocked better than most. I can’t remember the last time we stayed somewhere where we had extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towelsCabinets had more coffee pods and sweet and low and lots of cups plates and mugsThe Golf Cart was the cherry on top. We only used our car one time and that was so we could venture out over the bridge to Biloxi and Gulfport. Renting a golf cart would cost you hundreds, this is included in the price.We’ll be back !!

The home was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, well maintained, clean, and comfortable for the family. The golf cart and firepit was an amazing addition. Was in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach, downtown ocean springs, and not too far to drive to biloxi as well.

The house is great! Location is close to everything but in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved the backyard for our dog and the golf cart made everything more fun. The house is adorably decorated - we can't wait to come back for a visit!

Peace on Teringo

We absolutely loved everything about the house. The size was perfect. The fenced in yard was my favorite part, as well as our dog. We will be back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in ocean springs.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! We have 4 children and everyone was very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk bed and trundle bed and my oldest had the guest room to himself. The beds were very comfortable and the house as a whole was awesome. The owners have done a great job with renovations, everything felt very clean and new. It’s very close to downtown Ocean Springs, ( about a 6-7 minute golf cart ride). The epic golf cart perk really sets this place apart from other options in the area. Kitchen was well stocked, gas stove, dishwasher, plenty of pots and pans, propane grill outside was also nice to have. Big backyard that’s fenced in if you bring a pet, and an awesome back patio area with a fire pit. The extensive selection of board games were a hit. Can’t say enough great things about this house, we were sad to leave but we will definitely be back!
