“A very pleasant overnight stay. Very well equipped, you could cook if you wanted but we headed down to the pub which was excellent value.Everything you needed was in the accomodation, would highly recommend.”

“Such a lovely change from the usual! We loved sitting on the porch looking out onto the beautiful rolling countryside. Nights were quiet and dark. TV/WIFI were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was cozy, but fine. Queensize bed. Excellent communication. Fine parking. Only minus for us was that the sheets were of linen ... not a pleasant skin feel for me.”

“What a wonderful little cottage to spend some time in. Everything was beautifully presented in a lovingly designed space, you can tell they have put a lot of thought into this place. Booking, communication and check in was fast and friendly. Location is perfect, with a stunning outlook to the North and the lighthouse walks very close by. The local pub is down the road if you don't feel like cooking. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back! Thank you so much.”

“First impressions as we parked beside their house was of disorder and we became abit unsure as to what we had booked.The unit was cold but neat and tidy.It could have benefited from a floor rug over the cold flooring., and a proper door mat at the entrance rather than a bath mat.A set of steps on to the decking as well would be a good investment.”

“E' un piccolo angolo di paradiso sperduto nelle vicinanze della cittadina di Northampton. Questa piccola Farm ha solo due cabin ma dotate di qualsiasi confort: giochi per bambini, cucina, moka!!! Ti fanno trovare nel frigo il latte per la colazione e una confezione di cioccolatini di benvenuto, caffè, te e acqua fresca. La stanza è un ambiente unico, il bagno è delle giuste dimensioni e la doccia molto spaziosa. Fuori dalla porta della cabin c'è Henry (una pecora grande pelosa e simpaticissima...

“The cabin we stayed is very spacious and clean. Kids love the jumping pillow in the playground and easy access to the surfing beach.”

“Room not ready at 3pm, they didn’t know it hadn’t been cleaned and we had to wait longer, also no milk provided for tea or coffee and not enough towels, disappointed”
