“The room was clean and the staff were very nice. It would have been nice to know what wasn't included in the "all inclusive package" before ordering something and having to pay for it. There could have been more ala carte restaurants.”

“Hotel completamente rinnovato lungo una zona piena di bei locali e ristoranti sul riverside di Brisbane, a due passi dall' iconico Storey bridge. Staff gentilissimo, al mio arrivo mi hanno anche dato l'upgrade ad una camera superior, molto elegante e di design, impeccabile nella pulizia. Shampoo favoloso, per chi è attento anche a questi piccoli dettagli.;)
Per chi ha la macchina, non hanno un vero e proprio parcheggio ma lo compensano bene con il valet parking a 49 AUD al giorno. Tornerò...

“Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful.
Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...
