“The steps on the stairs are metal bars - like at a ski resort. They are treacherous and my 60 lb dog refused to go down them. I had to carry her down 2 flights and I knew I couldn't be doing that safely in the dark. Luckily they had one first floor room available for $100 more. (plus the $30 pet fee I'd already paid.) “I have always liked the staff here. That’s one reason for returning. Rooms are clean. Great location. However the property itself is having a few issues. The pool heater is broken. Pool is open for those that like cold water. The front door does not close. It is open -wide open - 24 hours a day. Both items will be fixed when parts, equipment and installers get coordinated I was told. ”

“Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out.
