Situata a pochi passi dall'acqua, la nostra casa è completamente arredata e può ospitare fino a 14 persone. Troverete tutto il necessario compreso il lavello della cucina.

Questa casa è completamente arredata, ben attrezzata e pronta per iniziare la tua vacanza rilassante.

In loro casa principale, direttamente fuori della cucina, v'è una camera da letto privata con un letto matrimoniale, e in tutta la sala è un secondo bagno completo. La suite matrimoniale al piano superiore è una grande camera da letto condiviso. Questa camera da letto ospita un letto matrimoniale con due traverse futon / queen, un grande bagno padronale con vasca e doccia separata, e ampio immagazzinaggio.

Il nostro soggiorno è arredato con un bellissimo divano in pelle che si trasforma facilmente in un letto matrimoniale per il tuo ospite in più.

Oltre alla casa principale, sopra il garage, troverai un monolocale che può accogliere gentilmente quattro persone. È arredata con un letto matrimoniale e un divano / futon che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Questo monolocale è completo di un'altra cucina completa e bagno.

Ti invitiamo a venire, essere nostro ospite, riposare, rilassarsi e godersi la tua meravigliosa vacanza costiera.

Oltre ad avere una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, lo sapevate che questa è l'unica spiaggia in California dove le auto sono ancora autorizzati a guidare. Puoi guardare l'azione e non lasciare mai il tuo posto ma non preoccuparti, i veicoli non possono salire dalle case.

Siamo i proprietari non fanno pubblicità su Craigslist; si dovrebbe trovare la nostra casa pubblicizzato lì, si prega di contattare me.

We were a group of 7 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5...very spacious house with everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. We loved having the beach right at our doorstep. It's not a "party house" (in a good way), but rather is a comfortable place to hang out and relax with friends and family.

The house we stayed in was on the beach and we could hang outside day and night! We made lots of family memories! We definitely recommend this house and the property managers. They were very efficient and made the stay easy and enjoyable!

Hands down a great place to stay. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens. The layout of the house gave space to everyone. The kids played outside as the adults sat on the patio and/or watched football inside. Multiple refrigerators allowed all the food to be taken out of coolers. The upstairs studio was great for teenage son who wanted space away from parents. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. The hot water was outstanding. Everyone got to shower without running out of hot water.

The place was amazing for our youth group. The owners were quick with anything we needed help with. Location was wonderful. Being able to be right on the beach for our backyard was so much fun. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family vacay for me and my extended family. Right on the beach was perfect for the kids to have direct access to the ocean and us adults could relax on the deck. We will definitely return again to this property.

Had a great time staying at Tammy’s property Beachfront with family and friends enjoying the views and ocean breeze, made for an amazing time. Seconds away from the beach and Minutes away from the Dunes made everything easy.

Overall we had a great time/ experience. Only down side was the intermittent WiFi. Kept dropping connections. Tv channels were losing Dish connection , poor quality picture on a couple of channels. In general most of group we’re not interested inTV. However a number in group were frustrated about this lack of consistent tech connection. I would be surprised if this hasn’t been brought before . That and a couple extra blankets in house would be the only improvements I would note.

My family and I recently stayed at this property and we were surprised to see that this is not as advertised. The property in fact is a 2 bedroom house with a studio apartment above the garage vs a 3 bedroom house with a studio. The photos give the impression of a 4 bedroom residence. As we walked the property we realized how outdated and dirty the house was. Multiple outlets did not work, the windows were rusted and difficult to open,bedroom windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them, cobwebs everywhere and the draperies in the living room were filthy. This property is also advertised as "EVERYTHING INCLUDED AND THE KITCHEN SINK" when in fact the property manger/owner emails you the day before you leave to state you need to provide your own linens for the futons and chairs for outdoor beach area. As we prepared to leave the property we followed all mandatory closing instructions which were above and beyond other properties we have stayed in. we left this property cleaner than we found it with absolutely no damage. Then 10 days later we receive an email stating false accusations of damage in which they are now keeping fifty percent of our security deposit with no detailed receipt explanation of the charges. From the very beginning this property was falsely advertised and misrepresented. We have rented with VRBO before and have never experienced anything like this.

We enjoyed the location of this home being right on the sand. Water is just a short walk away. The home was perfect for our family with the studio above the garage, this helped space everyone out well. My elder parents were able to sit on the deck and didn’t have to walk to watch everyone play on the sand so that was probably the best part. Some cars did drive fast on the beach but we knew that cars do drive back and forth in Oceano. We just had to make sure kids were careful. Weather was beautiful just super windy during the day. We will go back, thanks for sharing your home.

We had fun staying in this property. It has clean rooms and were big enough for everybody.It has complete amenities. Well lighted and water has strong pressure. Most of all accesss to the beach was easy and view was perfect. We will do this again for sure.

Our beach house rental was awesome! Literally just walking distance to the beach. Check in and out was really easy. The property itself had enough bathrooms and rooms to accommodate all of us. We basically used the grill to bbq the whole weekend and watch cars and trucks get stuck on the beach. The fire ring was nice for chilling after dark outside while making a bond fire. One only complaint I would have to make is the street or driveway the property is on is more like an ally way then your typical street. It was just a little bit tight to squeeze two vehicles through. Other than that it was a great experinence.
