Una casa recentemente rinnovata con una pianta aperta e situata vicino all'ingresso spiaggia / dune. Progettato pensando al comfort per ospitare fino a 10 persone. Vista sull'oceano e molte finestre per vedere il paesaggio aperto circostante. Vicino alla maggior parte dei servizi, ristoranti, negozi e attività divertenti. Cucina completamente attrezzata e attrezzata per preparare pasti memorabili con i tuoi compagni di viaggio; tutti i nuovi letti con materasso riscaldato; sala giochi e balcone panoramico offrono divertimento per tutti; ampio parcheggio carrabile ampio parcheggio. Tutto questo si trova appena fuori dal gateway per l'area del veicolo ricreativo statale Oceano e per i noleggi ATV. Gli ospiti di piccola taglia sono considerati e richiedono un costo aggiuntivo non incluso. La tariffa giornaliera per gli ospiti di base è per 2 persone. WONDERFUL!

Loved the location and the property, the hosts were so communicative and fast at responding. I had a chance to meet the wife and she was so sweet! The overall atmosphere and amenities were fantastic. Looking forward to booking again

Stayed here while movers moved us into our new home nearby. This was a good idea. Nice place to rent. Probably a great vacation beach rental.

Fun birthday get away

We had a large group of friends celebrating a birthday. The house was the perfect size! And just steps to the beach! We loved the fire pit on the front deck and getting to grill on the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. I had lots of questions leading up to our stay and the host always responded to anything I asked within 24 hours. We had the best time!

Beautiful home, great location

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Very easy access to the beach. We love to cook. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Very clean property. Yvonne was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We would definitely come back.

Plenty of room for all of us!

Myself and my family were up in Pismo Beach for my nieces wedding! We decided we all wanted to be together before and all through the weekend and our ocean view home was perfect! We all had driven from different parts of California and there was ample parking for all of us! Yvonne and her family were super responsive and available in a moments notice. As it is with the wedding, there's so many things going on but to come home to comfortable beds and spacious accommodations at the end of several busy days was such a treat! Thank guys! Best, Dan

Great family house

The house worked perfectly for the 10 of us, loved the large dining table and sectional. We really enjoyed the front porch and fire pit. Our granddaughters loved playing in the dunes which were so close. It was a wonderful family weekend.

Good place, poor communication

Place is wonderful. 3 families total with kids 3-13 years old. Communication from property management is poor. I had to initiate contact in order to get the check in/out procedure. We were not told until finding out the day of that the fire pit and air compressor were broken. Owner/property manager lives in the back house so please beware. Also, there is a camera out front with possible other "listening/viewing" devices on the property (can't confirm). There is no washer/dryer on the property. Overall, the place is wonderful and we all had a good time. We just wouldn't rent the place again.

House was close to beach and a quiet neighborhood. We were disappointed the outside fire pit was out of propane, so we didn’t get to sit around it in the evenings.

The overall experience was great from making the arrangements, to working with the host, and staying at the home. We had a great time and it was really nice being walking distance to the beach. Looking forward at staying here again.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time, we love Pismo. Our host was easy to communicate with and extremely generous. We were a little bummed because it was raining and the kids wanted to ride the dirt bikes. It cleared up and we were able to get some great time in. Our host offered to accommodate us by staying an extra night free of charge due to weather (seriously?? Never had this). We weren’t able to stay but so appreciated it. The house was clean and filled with everything you needed. The only bummer was not having a washer/dryer, especially because the kids went out and got soaked. The location was great a couple blocks from Pismo Dunes and close to fabulous food!

Oceano Beach House

While the exterior of this home is rustic beach house, the interior was nicely updated and spotlessly clean. It housed five adults and four kids adequately, although living area seating was limited and bed mattresses were too soft for most of us. There was no pantry area to store food we brought in, making kitchen space more limited. Game selection was very minimal. The nearby beach is more than “steps away” to the actual water, but the kids did enjoy the dunes. Wind created those dunes and was a constant presence during our weekend visit. We left a day early in part due to schedules, but the four of us who originally planned to stay one more night didn’t find the house cozy enough or the beach access easy enough to warrant staying the remainder of our rental time. Overall, it felt more like a hotel than a home with limited views and minimal comfort.

Hidden gem in Oceano

Super nice and clean beach house ……No hassel parking just steps to the beach. We were able to bbq our Tri tip on the bbq grill. There was a deck with plenty of room for family to enjoy the beach air. Large comfy couch and room for 10 people. This is truly a gem.
