This first-floor condominium with an extra large patio is exceptional for indoor/outdoor vacations. You will have easy access to everything that San Diego and Los Angeles has to offer if you decide to venture out for the day. If you don't have a car, no problem. This complex has a pool, a hot tub, barbecue grills, as well as laundry facilities on site for your convenience and enjoyment. On one side of the complex is the beautiful Harbor Beach, one of the best in Oceanside. On the other side is the Oceanside Harbor where you can dine at casual or fine restaurants or you can shop to find that perfect souvenir. After a long day of fun activities in beautiful Southern California you can come back to this comfortable home away from home and enjoy a delicious meal cooked in your kitchen with all of the supplies you need, if you choose not to dine out. Enjoy dinner on the patio while taking in the ocean breeze! After dinner you can watch a relaxing show in the comfort of your own bedroom. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit that can comfortably sleep four people. Just open up your windows at night and let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep!

Marina Del Mar condominiums overlook miles of sandy beaches that run alongside the picturesque Oceanside Harbor. When you're not enjoying the heated pool and hot tub in the complex, there are many other activities, both relaxing and exciting, that the harbor has to offer for people of all ages.
If you're looking for something adventurous check out the water sports rentals across from the shops and restaurants. Here you will be able to rent affordable kayaks, jet skis, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards, and more! At Helgren's Sportfishing you can schedule a day trip or an overnight adventure to fish, whale watch, or embark on a harbor excursion. You'll be able to find everything you need for a perfect fishing trip including fuel, equipment, and more.
The harbor is also home to numerous sports bars, restaurants, and cafes of all kinds to ensure your satisfaction. There are several fantastic seafood options to choose from such as Harbor Fish & Chips or Oceanside Broiler. If you prefer a more upscale experience try D'vino, a popular fusion bistro that includes a gelato café and wine bar.
The harbor's inviting village setting is perfect for unwinding with a relaxing stroll through the various gift shops and boutiques where you will find stylish beachwear as well as souvenirs & gifts so you can take a little bit of paradise home with you.
Just a few steps away from the condos lay a long stretch of sand perfect for beach games or volleyball. There are also various tents which offer surf lessons and surfboard rentals for more adventurous vacationers. Families will be pleased to know that this beach has several convenient features such as bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards on duty during peak seasons and hours. The shaded picnic tables and coal barbecue grills are perfect for large or small gatherings after a long day at the beach. You can also end your beach day with a short walk to the Oceanside Pier and grab a fish sandwich from the Tin Fish to enjoy on the beach.
Parking on site is free for 1 vehicle. Guest parking is available in the paid lots and free parking for 72 hours in the parking lot by the Crab Shack about a block away. No vehicles over 16ft allowed in the parking area at all. Tall, large and extended pickup trucks or SUV's will need to park off-site.

Quiet Beaches:
Monday - Friday of Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept. There are some events scheduled on weekends during these time so please check with management.
No Guest Parking on site from Labor Day until Memorial Day, only the assigned space may be used for your unit. Extra vehicles need to use paid parking lots or Free Parking area by the Crab Shack.

Q. Is there parking in the complex?
A. This unit has 1 assigned space under the building. Day guests can park in the pay lot beside the complex. Overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first come, first served basis.
Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle?
A. No vehicles over 16ft allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or in the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max.
Q. What beach equipment do we need to bring?
A. There are beach towels to use. Please bring other items with you.
Q. Is there air conditioning?
A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fans or portable fans to keep the air moving. There is no central or portable air conditioning.

RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, must occupy the property throughout the reservation, and must electronically sign SoCal Vacay's rental agreement before check-in. The complete agreement will also be provided in the Airbnb message thread after booking.

By booking, the guest agrees that only the occupants and pets included in the Airbnb reservation may occupy the property. Changes to dates, guest count, or pet count require prior approval and must be processed through Airbnb. Parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, smoking, incense, illegal activity, and commercial events are prohibited.

The Airbnb cancellation policy applicable to the reservation controls. All reservation payments, modifications, fees, damage claims, excessive-cleaning claims, and other reservation-related amounts will be disclosed and processed through Airbnb. SoCal Vacay will not directly charge the guest's credit or debit card for reservation-related amounts.

The guest is responsible for actual damage caused by the guest, invitees, pets, or other animals under the guest's control, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Permitted claims will be documented and submitted through Airbnb's Resolution Center.

Check-in and checkout times must be followed. Early check-in or late checkout requires prior approval. Guests must promptly report access, maintenance, cleanliness, or property-condition concerns during their stay by calling SoCal Vacay at 760-407-2806.

SoCal Vacay may enter the property when reasonably necessary to address an emergency, investigate a reported disturbance, verify occupancy, prevent or inspect damage, or perform necessary maintenance or repairs.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb's Accessibility Policy. If you do not agree to these terms or are unwilling to sign the complete rental agreement, please do not book.
