- Sandy beach is 100 yards north. Beach in front is rocky.
- One garage space included ( max height 6'8" depth 20')
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 14 days of arrival
- No street parking 2nd and 4th Mondays mornings due to street sweeping. (Expensive Fines)
- Street parking in the summer is scarce. Train and Uber are good options.
- Close to Oceanside Amtrak train station

Oceanside Palms is ready for you. Beach, pier, shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within walking distance, or just relax while watching the sunset. The beach is just a block away. Legoland, golf, and world-class surf are just minutes away, so pick your adventure for the day and come back to this comfy condo with a wonderful patio and super views. HOUSE RULES
O'side Palms is situated in a dense residential neighborhood. We love our neighbors, and our neighbors will only love us back if guests are respectful, courteous, and adhere to quiet hours. If you're looking for a place to go wild, this isn't for you. We monitor decibel levels 24/7 and vigilantly enforce quiet hours.Door code to be provided 48 hours prior to arrival
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM (please book an extra day if this is too early for you). Last-minute requests for late check out cannot be accommodated.
- No pets
- No smoking (inside or outside)
- We are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.
- Must be at least 24 years of age to book.
- No events
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

A Lovely Stay

The property was clean and lovely; just perfect for a vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, just needed a couple of items. Our only suggestion would to not have scented trash bags as they triggered my daughter’s asthma. Luckily they had an unscented trash bag we used. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to all.
