Questo condominio è direttamente sulla spiaggia! Hai una fantastica vista sull'oceano dal balcone.

Il condominio si trova in un piccolo complesso condominiale che dispone di una spiaggia privata con palapa, parcheggio fuori strada, servizio lavanderia e spiaggia privata / area per prendere il sole.

Il condominio ha una grande cucina con ripiani in granito che è stato recentemente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort di cottura necessari. Sono inclusi articoli come una caffettiera, un frullatore, una lavastoviglie, ecc.

Ci sono due camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con uno spazio aperto fuori dal soggiorno con vista sull'oceano. La seconda camera da letto si trova sul retro del condominio e ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto.

Il soggiorno ha due divani (uno può anche essere un dormiente) e tre sedie. C'è un camino (gas) e una grande tv. WIFI incluso.

Fantastic condo and location

This was a lovely residence with easy access to the ocean. The residence was clean and lots of updates. The condo has everything you need to make your beach stay fun and stress-free.

I can still hear the sound of the waves...

Very comfortable beds, tasteful furniture and decor. The gas fireplace was delightful. Bernard was very responsive to questions and gave us personal tips on local restaurants. Assigned parking in the garage made our excursions very easy. We would love to return!

Amazing week at the beach!

The location of this condo is EVERYTHING. The 24/7 view of the beach (complete with surfers and daily dolphin sightings) and constant sound of the waves was beyond compare. The condo is stocked with everything you'd need, and it was spacious enough for our family to spread out. It's an older property that has had some nice updates. Communication with the property manager was great, and we had a wonderful visit.

Steps from the water

Loved staying here. Great location. The waves crashing just outside the balcony. Loved the private beach area. Only downside was the beach is very rocky, heard from neighbors that this was unusual.

AMAZING Place on the beach

We loved staying here! The location is great - it is quiet! We had our own little beach area below the condo. The patio with the view is amazing, all the essentials you need inside and outside the condo! We will stay here again for sure! Loved it!!!

Incredible ocean views

This was as advertised or better! Perfect location and unbelievable views from kitchen, family room, master bedroom! Small patio with seating for 4. This was the best appointed kitchen that we have stayed in, anything that you could need for cooking. Master bedroom was large enough and the king sized bed was very comfortable and firm. Master bath had double sinks and plenty of storage. Master closet was huge for a California beach house! Second bedroom was more than adequate minus the views. Same with the second bath perfect for two couples or small family. We will be back this is a good one!

We had a wonderful time - great property right on the water. We are already missing sleeping with the sound of the ocean right out our window. Good location with easy access to Oceanside or Carlsbad. I’m ready to go back.....

Amazing balcony beach views and location

We have stayed in this home several times and we love it here. The underground assigned parking garage is a great plus. We love the private sand/cabana area just outside the building and just a few steps from the ocean. At night we open the sliding glass doors in the family room and listen to the waves as we drift off to sleep.

Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. The condo is spacious, beautiful and clean. It's a perfect location. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for oceanfront vacationing!

Comfy condo with great ocean views

This was our second stay at this property. Great location, right on the ocean and convenient to expressways. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you may need. Our condo came with 2 underground parking spaces which are needed as parking on the street is often filled. Very comfortable unit and Bernard has been very responsive to our needs. Hoping we can get back again next year.

Amazing view, few short steps to beach access, great owner, clean unit, simply perfect!

We have been visiting the Oceanside/Carlsbad area for 6 years and have stayed in over 10 different places... this is by far our favorite place and hope to make it our yearly vacation spot as we leave the Arizona heat. When you take a family of five with three children on vacation it is not always easy making everyone happy but this place absolutely accomplished it for us. Hearing the sounds of the waves each night and being so close to the beach to see them really was a wonderful experience for us. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived, fully stocked, and had all the beach essentials we could need to meet our family needs. We even were able to use their bbq grill a couple nights in the common area which helped satisfy the kids and keep our cost down on food. And it it only a short 30-40 minutes away from San Diego if you needed to plan a trip to the zoo, Seaworld, USS Midway, etc. Staying here is definitely well worth the cost of a day trip down to San Diego. The owner was great in communicating everything to us before our arrival and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Do not hesitate to stay at this property as everything about it was simply perfect.

Great family fun!

Playa Real was a great vacation spot for our family of 6. We have 4 young children and they loved being right on the beach, they loved finding all the treasurers for kids in the condo (toy bin, kids books, kids games, boogie boards, sand toys etc). The condo was very clean, they thought of everything! The covered parking is great and roomie, very hard to find in a beach town. Laundry room ($1.25 wash/ 50 cents to dry) is just a few steps away - we use that a lot with kids. The beach has lots of sand and is very accomodating even when the tide is in, which is sometimes not the case with the beaches in Oceanside. There is a great little park (Buccaneer Park) just down the street as well. The owner is very organized, responds quickly, and gives you great information and directions when needed. As frequent visitors to Oceanside rentals, we will defintely look at staying here again.

Perfect!

We loved this beautiful home! We have spent the last 25 years visiting Oceanside with family. We were thrilled to continue this tradition with our grandson. Walking in and seeing the gorgeous view was the best part! The home was very clean, spacious, and everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, were waiting as well. We never felt the need to leave because the beach provided everything we wanted. We would not hestitate to return to this beautiful properly!

Seaside heaven

We've been delighted vacationers here for 15 years! Love the location equidistant from Oceanside Pier and Carlsbad Village, each accessible on the beach at low tide. The beach here is far less crowded than most others. The interior is lovely, with mirrors taking you to the ocean throughout 1/2 of the space, with fine appointments and art. Great kitchen, wonderful baths, especially the remodeled master with tile wave. Boogie boards available. Owners and their related agent are responsive, kind, interesting people. Recommend very highly.

Best Beach Vacation

Right on the beach and can’t beat the stunning views! We have children who are 16, 8 and 3 years old so it can be difficult to find accommodations and activities that appeal to all of us. But, this spot was a hit with everyone! Immaculately clean and comfy with all modern amenities. Especially appreciated the BBQ grill, sand toys, boogie boards and having two bathrooms. Parking was a breeze, pull into the garage then take elevator up to condo. Visited several of the popular San Diego attractions (approx 30 minutes away), but to our surprise, the kids were more interested in getting back to our home-away-from-home and the private beach. Although our trip was 4 months ago, our youngest still asks if we can go back to “our California home.” Yes, we will!

Great affordable beach condo for a family

This is a lovely beachfront spot, perfect for a family or four adults. The kitchen is fully equipped, grill on terrace, two full bathrooms (one handicapped accessible) with plenty of hot water and linens. The condo is located close to the heart of Oceanside; you can walk there on the beach or on Coast Highway sidewalk. The proximity of the Coaster train will get you to San Diego and tourist sites without the bother of driving in California traffic.
