Such a disappointment! As a result of the unacceptable level of customer service, we are very disappointed in the Beachfront Only company. We are a six-time return rental customer. Every day we made requests for the same basic items: replacement of the umbrellas on the roof was not met at all. We were told they would take care of it right away and the staff never followed through. The roof area, where we like to spend a great deal of our time together, was not cleaned properly. There was food residue and trash in several areas. We had no choice but to clean the BBQ ourselves, which also, did not function properly and is apparently undersized for a rental property designed to accommodate a large group. Anticipating some response from your staff, I ended up carrying my phone around which handicapped my opportunity to enjoy my vacation. I made numerous calls to your staff, and was promised immediate action, but no one responded and my request were ignored. Even with Covid-19 concerns, we took a chance and kept the reservation this year. We expected that since we didn’t cancel on the property, we would at least receive good customer service. Renting a property each year of this size is a major investment for our family. It is very sad to feel like we were not treated as a valuable customer. I would appreciate a call from someone in authority at Beachfront. No customer should ever be ignored by those who represent your company. Our vacation was compromised by the unresponsiveness of your staff. We believe this is not a representation of your business model as we have always had our concerns addressed. This year was a complete disaster and as we also are business owners, we believe this information is important to you.
