Deliziosa casa sulla spiaggia! Questa fantastica casa con 4 camere da letto si trova a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia, dal delizioso centro di Oceanside e dalla meravigliosa stazione ferroviaria! Parte del fascino di Oceanside è il favoloso sistema di treni che ti può portare in tutte le attrazioni della California meridionale in un attimo! Goditi la fresca brezza dell'oceano dal patio sul tetto, la spiaggia, esplora i negozi di Oceanside o dirigiti verso San Diego o Orange County. Tutto ciò che ti serve per la tua fantastica vacanza!

Originariamente costruito nel 1920, questa splendida casa a soli 4 isolati dalla spiaggia, ha pavimenti in legno originali, finestre e artigiani costruiti e pannelli. Le pareti sono in gesso spessa che rende le stanze virtualmente insonorizzate. La cucina e il bagno sono ristrutturati e moderni, ma conservano lo stile Artigiano di casa. Questo 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa è di oltre 2.400 metri quadrati e con enormi armadi, ha molto spazio per la vacanza al mare della tua famiglia.

Goditi anche molto spazio esterno! C'è un grande portico anteriore per godersi il quartiere tranquillo, così come un patio sul retro e un patio sul tetto aggiuntivo per godersi il tramonto sull'oceano e la fresca brezza dell'oceano come barbecue e mangiare fuori.

Entrambi i bagni sono abbastanza grandi con vasche da bagno e docce. Il maestro ha separato vasca idromassaggio / doccia.

Due delle camere sono molto grandi con un sacco di spazio per alcuni extra!

La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio, grande fornello a gas / forno, ice maker, frigorifero, congelatore.

C'è una doccia esterna privata calda nella parte posteriore per togliere tutta quella sabbia extra e per far gestire i bambini per sempre !.

Tutti gli asciugamani da spiaggia, i giocattoli, le sedie, l'ombrellone, il carro e le tavole da boogie di cui hai bisogno! Tieni la tua auto aperta e usa solo tutto il nostro!
2 biciclette da spiaggia e rimorchio per bambini anche lì per il vostro uso.

Tyson Park è un posto meraviglioso per i bambini che giocano se si annoiano sulla sabbia. La spiaggia è bellissima con grandi surf per il surfista in famiglia.

Solo un breve 4-5 isolati a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Good location, open floor plan, upgraded interior, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. loaded kitchen, multiple patios and deck to enjoy the oceanside weather. Our only issue was couple of ceiling fans was not operative withe remote, but as the ac kicked in, we didn’t feel the need and it was one of hot days. Host was responsive. We felt like staying longer and would surely come back.

This has to be one of the best houses that I’ve stayed in during a vacation! It was perfect for our large family and met all of our needs. It was close to the beach, but not close enough where it was loud and busy right outside the doors. I loved that it was walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. I am definitely staying here again!

Wonderful family weekend!

The beach retreat, a 1920s craftsman, is completely renovated and updated with modern amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, just a walk away from the beach and tranquil once inside. The home is very comfortable, with an understated elegance, especially the kitchens and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen for serious cooks and patios and decks to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful ocean breezes. Our family had a wonderful time at the beach, at the home and in and around Oceanside. Would come back again.

Unprofessional communication

The location was great, house was overall clean and nice. A couple of concerns were; Dusty furniture, dirty floors in some of the rooms, front room fan and light would turn on by itself, the gate to take the trash bin out was locked so we had to lift it over the fence, had to buy trash bags for the house as they only supplied 2, the grill was extremely greasy, and burners are low and difficult to cook on. The communication from either the property manager or owner (not sure who we were talking to) from the 702 phone number was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. We received a text message long after we had left accusing us of still being at the property followed by unprofessional choice of words and not a way you would speak to a customer. (They could have simply asked if we were at the property still and had a decent conversation) We had an additional charge on our card without an explanation until I reached out to ask why. The reason and information that was given to us was false and wish we would have taken pictures before we left. When I reached out regarding the extra charge, the reply was again unprofessional, immature and rude through "text" and e-mail. (They could have explained in a professional way what the additional charges are for and we would have no problem paying) I have never had an issue renting vacation rentals until now with how we were treated. Really quite unfortunate. Would recommend the home overall, but HIGHLY advise you to take plenty of pictures upon departing so false information cannot be made up along with unprofessional treatment.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Ashes at Sea

My family needed a place to retreat for spreading my husbands ashes out to sea thru the nearby Capt Dave's service. the host was gracious and kind. There are lots of beach toys and accommodations for walking with wagons and chairs and boogie boards for the beach the house is wonderfully cozy and with everything needed.

Lovely Home :)

This home and the entire experience was excellent. Great places to eat close by. Love the room lay out. Bunk beds were perfect for my 3 kids. Master bedroom has a tub you and your kids can swim in lol. Love the wood floors. Awesome bikes that come with rental. Wagons and all the beach toys were perfect! loaded them in the van and hit the beach very easy. Overall give this property a 5 star for location, cleanliness, and very comfy beds! Thank you Kathryn!

Family Christmas at the beach

Historic home was perfect for our 3 generation family Christmas reunion. Home interior was elegantly decorated for the Holidays. Home located within walking & biking distance of beach, Oceanside pier & many attractions for kids & grandkids. Host Kathryn very responsive to questions & anxious to please.

Great for bigger families!

Kathryn was easy to communicate with and the property was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and three kids. A pack-n-play and high chair are available, which was a nice amenity that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. There’s plenty of gear for the beach! We loved being close enough to walk to the Sunset Market on Thursday, the beach, and the Oceanside Pier. The house is older, which means there are a few quirks and loads of charm. As far as the neighborhood, it’s family-friendly and far enough from downtown to not have many problems.

Just right!!!

This house is an amazing just right. Not to new to be uncomfortable with children in it. Not to old to be still very nice. Not to close to the beach but just the right walking distance so you are right there. The grill, the laundry, the space, the money you save with the beach supplies and the comfort you get from having them! Boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, wagons and even the sandcastle kits. The outside shower is an amazing help on cleanup. So much space to relax. Oh, and the beds are amazing, good sleep, safe quiet neighborhood and comfortable feel. The family realy loved the rooftop patio! =) We hope to stay again.

AMAZING PLACE!

My family loved staying here. The place was perfect for us to stay while we visited for one of our son's soccer tournaments in the area. It provided a place to land in between games and was a short walk to the beach!

Great spot for a family getaway!

Our family had a great stay. The house is spacious with a front porch and roof top deck on the garage. The extra space gave everyone a chance to spread out and find a quiet spot when needed.

Charming Bungalow just 4 blocks from the beach

Absolutely loved this house. It is an older house with three bedrooms in the back of the house and one bedroom in the front of the house. I really loved that the master bedroom had a futon bed that allowed my sister to keep her son with her as he was not ready to share a room with his cousins. I also appreciate that there was a queen bed in the room with the bunk bed (that gave my husband and I an option to stay in the same room as my children if we felt it was needed). All the rooms felt spacious and there was plenty of natural light in the house. We stayed here for a Christmas family Vacation and enjoyed being based in this little town north of San Diego. Driving down to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World was easy and the commute was not bad at all. It was also the same distance to get to the SD Safari Park and only 10 minutes to get to LegoLand. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around, and we loved hanging out on the deck/meditation garden above the garage. Kathryn was a great host, as she was super responsive to our requests when we needed something, even on Christmas Day. This was one of the most wonderful, memorable Christmas that I have had with my family probably in over 15 years and I was so glad that we had this house to be based out of for our trip.

Spacious and clean!

Everyone was impressed with the property and we had many people over for a dinner and sunset on the roof deck. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms ample. Just a pleasant 12 minute walk to the beach and many local establishments. Plenty of street parking too. Highly recommended for those who want a spacious older home with character.
