Assolutamente immacolato 4 BR, 2 BA casa con piscina privata. Può ospitare comodamente 11 persone.
Siamo situati vicino a Legoland, alla spiaggia, al molo di Oceanside ea metà strada tra Seaworld / San Diego Zoo e Disneyland.

Non hai voglia di andare in spiaggia ed esplorare i grandi spazi aperti? Puoi stare a casa e rilassarti con un barbecue nel cortile privato accanto alla piscina.
Prendi un drink e prendi una partita di calcio balilla con i tuoi amici, o semplicemente guarda la tua squadra sportiva giocare su TV via cavo a grande schermo.

The hot tub heating is free. The large pool heating is optional and costs an extra $100 for first day then $60 per subsequent day. There is no AC.

It should say “parents love us too”.What a great place and good communication. This was the first time that we literally had everything and more. Starting from kitchenware to personal care, toys, games the host really thought of everything- fruit basket and smores left on the table for us. We loved this place Thank you so much for making our family stay at your place.

Clean. Big pool and hot tub. About 20 different floaties and toys to use in pool. Outside dining for 8 and also kitchen table for 8. Great kitchen with enough basic supplies like seasonings, oil, etc so you don't have to run to the store. Plenty of soap, shampoo, tp, dishwasher and clothes washer detergents. Everything you need for a day at the beach. The house was so well stocked it really made our time great because we didn't have to worry about getting or renting these things. The 6 and 8 yr olds had so much fun they never watched a second of tv.. Definitely stay here with kids. Adults loved it too.

They thought of everything!

This was the most perfect start for my family and I. The hosts thought of everything! The pool was wonderful, the property was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach supplies were everything we could have wanted. The neighborhood was also nice and felt safe. The hosts were kind and wonderful to communicate with. We will be staying at the property every time we come to the area from now on!

Great house!

This house is the best, we swim in the pool and hot tub every single day. Went to Legoland and Disneyland. The king bed needs to be replaced because it’s sagging down into the middle but everything else is just great!

Oceanside Oasis

My family of 5 (three kiddos aged 12/10/8) and their grandparents stayed for just over a week at this amazing property. The hosts were attentive; the property had all we needed and more. It was perfect for our group of 7, with plenty of sleeping and living space. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Great for kids!

The kids loved the swimming pool! Lots of toys for kids inside and out and plenty of games the whole family could enjoy. Well equipped with lots of towels, toiletries and essentials. We would definitely stay again!

No air conditioning

First the pro…The house was fun with plenty of space, lots of toys for the kids both inside the house and in the pool. Lots of game tables in the garage. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, Lego Land and the beach. The owner left snacks which was fun for the kids. Overall a great place to stay. The Cons…The week we were there it was uncharacteristically hot for the area. There is no air conditioning. I did see in the listing that there wasn’t any central air in the home and reached out to the owner in advance about it. I was told that the whole house fan cooled the house. It was very very hot in the house and this made it difficult to sleep. The whole house fan did very little to help until well after midnight. In addition there were several pairs of random shoes in the living room near the front door and on the back patio near the back door. Over all I would stay here again but not in late Summer. It ended up okay due to the fact that we weren’t at the house much duringthe day.

Great stay

My only comment would be that the property needs new pots and pans to cook with. A TV in the master bedroom upstairs would be nice. There’s a small hiccup with the heating of the pool, but the host took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family house!

Too bad we had adventures planned at Legoland and a Padres Game.... Everyone was happiest at this amazing house: a destination in itself. There were so. many. toys and activities for our 3-11 year old boys. It was a blast for both families. All the little details (hot tub, fore pit, s'mores stuff,extra fans, water, lots of towels, beach toys (and chairs and umbrellas) made it so fun! We'll be back.

Perfect Poolside Getaway!

We have a family of 4 (one preteen and one teen), plus 2 grandparents, that thoroughly enjoy this house! Although we spent most of our time in the backyard pool/hot tub, our whole family played for hours in the garage/game room in the evenings. The ping pong table was the BEST! We never traveled much outside of the house, but didn't need to -- this place felt like our own private resort. Although there was no AC (and it was warm in Oceanside in mid-July!), as long as we opened the windows in the evening (and kept the fans going), it cooled down for a great night sleep. Thank you for all the nice extras, Vi...like the smores kit, extra toothbrushes, sunscreen, bug repellent, plenty of toiletries for the bathrooms and all the delicious fruits. We had the best time!

Pleasant surprise to find a bunch of toys in the closet!

Toys were for kids up to I'd say age 9-10 which is what we had. Plenty of room for all of us. There is a gate around the pool, definitely put us at ease. Very close to the freeway but you don't hear freeway noise. Property is just a little inland so you don't have June gloom for most of the day - unlike a beach house.

Second year in a row staying at this Oceanside home!

A highlight of summer for our family. Working with Vi and her family was great, and their home is beautiful. Our family made great memories there from cooking breakfast in the morning, swimming later in the day, making s’mores at the fire pit, and enjoying a family game night. Location is great not far from beach, and even San Diego. A quite neighborhood with Walmart nearby. Can’t wait to go back next June for a third time. Sincerely Christine and Fred

We loved this place!

This place was really awesome, they had a whole closet full of toys for our kids. The safety fence around the pool was perfect. They had everything you could think of that you might need. It was great!
