Venite a rilassarvi nell'Harbour Cottage - G32, un porto affacciato sul cottage superiore nel North Coast Village. L'Harbour Cottage si trova nell'unico complesso di Oceanside che si trova direttamente sulla sabbia, il che significa che non c'è nulla tra voi e una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, sulla sabbia e sul porto! G32 si affaccia sulla parte più appartata della spiaggia che ti permette di fuggire dalla folla e rendere la tua vacanza come dovrebbe essere: un ritiro rilassante e divertente!

Harbor Cottage è completamente arredato con abbastanza spazio per dormire e ospitare comodamente 6. La camera da letto principale ha un letto King California e una piccola TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV via cavo. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo con 4 posti a sedere. La zona giorno principale ha un grande comodo sezionale con un divano letto queen size e una piccola TV a schermo piatto. G32 ha anche un caminetto funzionante per i mesi invernali ed è dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per la spiaggia: tavole da surf, teli mare, giocattoli di sabbia, ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio.

I terreni complessi sono curati alla perfezione e vantano un'atmosfera tropicale molto lussureggiante! Amerai fare una passeggiata all'interno dei giardini recintati ed esplorare i piccoli corsi d'acqua, stagni koi, fontane e alcove nascoste. Il complesso è inoltre dotato di due piscine, due vasche idromassaggio, una stazione commerciale per grigliate, sala giochi, sala pesi e cardio, e numerosi servizi di lavanderia. North Coast Village è davvero un luogo unico per una vacanza indimenticabile.

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. This beach has very small waves and is perfect for young kids. Our 5 year old also really enjoyed collecting shells. The condo provides almost everything you might need. We did bring extra fans with us since we learned staying at this complex before that the rooms can get a little warm during the day. But it may just be that we are use to air conditioning running all day during the summer.The view from the condo is great!

Good stay except for parking

Property was beautiful and clean, it’s on a second story with a permanent resident beneath the property. I was afraid we would be too loud having two boys and a baby but seemed fine. Everything was smooth except for the parking situation. However, someone was in our parking spot when we arrived after check in and considering the strictness of the HOA, we wanted to do everything by the book. This was a crap show to say the least because the car ended up being parked there two days of our stay and was not moved right away as they claimed any cars parked illegally would be towed. Initially, we were told to park across the complex and having a new born,my husband immediately rejected this proposal because we still needed to unload all of our stuff and the complex is pretty big and would be extremely inconvenient as we had just arrived after a 6 hour drive with a newborn. Our arrival became very stressful and that experience left me compelled to give a lower rating. He had to fight for a new spot that is close to our original spot.

Close to the water

We’ve stayed here in the past It’s great being so close to the ocean and sand and a short walk to the Marina. There was some construction equipment going up and down the side street during the day but not that big of a deal since we were out and about. The condo was nice and clean and all the things needed for fun at the beach or at the pool. Will definitely stay again

Great Oceanside Beach Condo

We absolutely loved our great condo experience on the beach at Oceanside CA. Luxurious tropical setting at North Coast Village. Condo was perfect for our party of four adults. Gated restricted access for car and walking, full time security, helpful and friendly staff. Legendary San Diego coastal food, drink, and shopping short walk to Oceanside Harbor next door or driving to Coast Hiway nearby.

Spring Break 2021

Loved the vacation overall! It was not as clean as I had hoped but fine overall. I was very frustrated with the reservations issue for the pool and hot tub. We were there for 5 nights and we only went to the pool once and never could get reservations for the hot tub. I tried several times per day and never got anything. I did not know about it ahead of time and the explanation of how to sign up was horrible. I kept trying to sign up for all of us and I only needed to sign up for our family to use the hot tub. Otherwise we loved the location and the overall vacation was great!

Great Spot!

This was our first visit to California and we were so happy with our stay. The process for getting a spot at the pool was simple and the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful! Lots of local restaurants and shops! Highly recommended from our family! Thanks for making our introduction to California awesome!

Absolutely loved my stay at this place!

I loved how roomy it was and I loved that it was updated! Everything was So Nice, Comfortable and Clean! It fit our family of 6 perfect! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because their were ants. I’m not a fan of bugs, but I guess it’s common in all the condos there. But they had Raid on hand and I was able to resolve the problem easily and quickly so I was Happy.

We enjoyed our stay in your Condo, very relaxing vacation and close proximity to the beach. The pictures on the website are as exactly as they appear in person. My husband enjoyed the use of the bogy board and I enjoyed the beach chairs as well. I do have a few comments that I think need to be addressed. The master bedroom did not have a screen on the window and the main bathroom tub drain we could not plug (so I went out and bought a drain stopper) so that I could take a bath. The other issue was with the BBQ facility being so far away, we tried to cook steaks in the Condo, but a broiler pan was not provided. Would be nice to have a small BBQ on the patio to make it easier on tenants that like to BBQ. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation.

Nice Condo in a quiet complex

Condo is in a safe and secure complex. Nice view from the deck too. The main issues we had were the cleanliness of the Condo. The tub/shower had black mold growing in the crevices. Upon arrival the sheets that were put on the master bedroom had hair on them. We immediately had to remove those sheets and take them to the laundry room to wash. This was very frustrating since all we wanted to do was relax on the first night. On quite a few nights the aroma of pot came through our windows that were facing the beach side of the complex. This was coming from another condo in close proximity to ours.

Great location. Cute and updated property.

You can’t beat the location and beach. The condo has been recently updated and has a darling beach theme. It takes about 2 minutes to walk out the front door, down the sidewalk and to the beach. The house is stocked with all the beach toys you could want. The only downside is I feel the condo could have been cleaner. But overall we had a great stay and it was super fun.

Great NCV visit!

Our second stay in North Coast Village - this condo has a great view of the harbor and ocean, a working gas fireplace for cool nights and updated kitchen. It’s great because it is fully furnished without being cluttered. The owners are also easy to work with and texted to make sure everything was okay. I would stay again here or in another one of their properties.
