    Questa è una vacanza privata perfetta per chiunque desideri fuggire da casa! L'edificio e il condominio sono accessibili con sedia a rotelle e l'unità vanta splendidi pavimenti in ardesia, una grande cucina perfetta per qualsiasi cuoco con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un soggiorno con una grande TV a schermo piatto, viste che si affacciano direttamente sulla spiaggia, un balcone con vista sull'oceano e una spa privata. Questa proprietà viene anche con AC centrale. Avrai l'imbarazzo dopo il tuo soggiorno qui e non vorrai più andartene!

The view from the balcony is bliss. Starting and ending every day with the sound of the waves crashing, watching the tide ebb and flow, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the ocean is the life! The house is supremely clean, organized, well-stocked, welcoming, and comfortable. It was perfect for four adults to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The hosts are friendly and quickly responsive. The location is fantastic. We dream of coming back!

Location is amazing! Open veranda to the ocean allowed us to experience the beach, even while in the condo. Negatives: No coffee provided; had a bit of a hard time getting in the gate and condo door due to poor instructions.

Great view & location

Love the view, location & property management team! We were a party of 7 adults; some of whom live locally. Pros: It’s quiet and on a cul-de-sac. Beds are very comfortable with nice bed linens and towels. (Professionally cleaned linens and towels are a big plus these days.) All bedrooms/bathrooms are quiet — thanks to fans and weatherstripping. HVAC works great. Fans are available in all the rooms (check the drawers). Kitchen is well equipped with room for guests’ things. BBQ worked great! Patio and balcony provide excellent views! Cons: Internet connection problems plagued us especially in the morning. Property team quickly responded with reboot instructions but connectivity issues persisted. On our last day, the guys came and replaced the entire system and had us log into an new network with 2 other units. (If you need to work while here, go to Starbucks.) The 4th bedroom with queen bed and no attached bathroom is awkward so plan accordingly. We found the living/dining room furniture uncomfortable and one of the hide-a-beds doesn’t work. (We used dining chairs as end tables.) Patio furniture is comfortable but some cushions are shredded on sides. One chair frame is in rough shape.

I would highly recommend this place and would rent it again. Great for large groups. The oceanfront deck is spectacular. It really has everything you would need. Small thing - but the ice maker makes very little ice - so bring some with you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a 4BR property with a great view of the water for a 50th birthday trip, and we sure got it! This location can't be beat. We spent most of our stay sitting on the fabulous balcony patio enjoying the sounds of the surf. The interior of the apartment was clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. Easy walk to coffee, market and restaurants. The Strand ends just north of the property, so you have great access to walk along with beach, without all of the car traffic right under your window. The only drawbacks of the property were very spotty wi-fi and finicky shower heads (low flow and squeaky). Overall, however, it was fantastic, and we would definitely return!

Beds were comfortable and fans were a welcome addition in each room. The lr furniture lacks a bit in comfort--we mostly sat outdoors bc of this. Lighting was a bit tricky but once you get used to it, no big deal. Overall, it was a quiet, beautiful place to seek refuge from the regular rigors of everyday life!

Very clean and well stocked kitchen.Things to watch out for:Could not adjust temp of hot tub, it was set to high.I guess it was hard to get a person to fix garage gate and was not too happy about waiting for a response from company about what to do because gate would not open. We had to basically push gate open to park. It was not acceptable to have the company simply tell us to park on the street as there were zero places to park on the street. The WIFI was very, very slow. The unit has only 1 TV and it was always buffering, very hard to watch sports. An upscale place like this needs to have very fast Wifi.

great beach location

We have stayed in several properties along the beach in Oceanside. This house offered just what we needed for the week, and will most likely rent again from Oceanfront. Assuming the property is rented most of the time, it was in [good shape, one of the showers needed a cartridge replaced, the property mgr had a gentleman from maintenance over within an hour of the call and he was able to replace it the following day! To anyone with kiddos this is a great home away from home!

Disappointing Experience, Poor Staff Response

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We intentionally chose unit 809-5 because it was advertised as accessible with an elevator. When we arrived we found that the elevator was not working. We wandered the property for 30 minutes just to find access to the unit as the only clearly marked identification was on the front door, which was only accessible by elevator. My husband had to haul all of our luggage up three flights of steep stairs. Access to the unit was a struggle for all of us but impossible for two out of our party of six, which was the reason for the original choice. I contacted management immediately only to be told there was no estimate for when elevator would be repaired and that they would contact me regarding my concerns for our family members unable to access the unit. I was not contacted until after we checked out despite calling two more times. During one of those calls Nanci was extremely condescending and rude. The elevator was not fixed until halfway through our 6 day stay. By this time, our two family members had been forced to return home to Arizona being unable to access the unit. This was extremely disappointing. I repeatedly brought this to management’s attention along with the fact the water was shut off without warning twice during our stay. I also reported the very spotty WiFi to Peter when he finally called me back after we had checked out. I was disappointed and really disgusted by the fact that although this issue essentially cancelled the vacation for two of our family members and caused significant issues for the others, I was offered a refund of $100 of our $7300 charge. I find this behavior insulting and lacking complete compassion for our handicapped family members not to mention a totally irresponsible and tone deaf response from a company whose one and only job is customer service. They should be ashamed!

A beautiful property overlooking the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice property! It was VERY clean, kitchen had enough utensils to get by, with the exception of the garlic press. Their garlic press is broken abd needs to be replaced! They also need new knives! There were no knives for chopping, only smaller cerated knives. The dishwasher isn’t secured with screws, so the racks tip forward! The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The ice maker doesn’t work, and it got so cold in the vegetable bin, it froze fresh veggies. Because it fits next to a wall, it wasn’t conducive to pulling the ice maker out because the freezer door couldn’t be opened enough. Always a poor design to box a refrigerator in, not allowing access to drawers and/or the ice maker, Overall, it was a great property for our needs. When we ran out of propane for the fire pit, we called and a new one was promptly delivered! They supply a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. Knowing that, we brought our Keurig from home. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this property. I would, however, strongly suggest the dishwasher be secured and refrigerator be replaced!

We hit a couple snags with the water heater going out, parking situation. As soon as I called the office they took care of everything. Perfect trip!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented several units through BeachFrontOnly, and this has been my favorite unit so far. This unit is exactly 1⁄2 mile from the pier, which is a 10-minute walk along the beach which has several parks, and playgrounds for small children, and several restaurants and shops. Inside, this unit is tremendously spacious, it was great for 8 people (my family, my parents, and my mother-in-law). Each person had their own room and the view from the living room and balcony were spectacular. Plus, there is a small convenience store that has all your basic needs (including diapers and wines) just a 2-minute walk from this unit. The private elevator makes sure that anybody with leg issues will be able to enjoy the unit. And the kitchen is large and allows the ability to make great meals, when you do not want to order take out. Every room had windows that allowed the sound of crashing waves to lull you asleep. The firepit was a great place to make smores with our kids. Lastly, the customer service from the rental property team was amazing, we had several small issues and they responded quickly to each one of them. I would highly recommend this unit for anybody, especially families.

We had a very slight issue with something not working and the property management team had someone right over to take care of it. They responded to all our questions immediately. We would love to to come back and stay again.

The View and Location is Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was worth the splurge. There just too many doors and not all of them worked. There is a small walk out patio that was never cleaned. Not all our maintenance requests were resolved but we made do. We also returned one day with someone parked in our assigned space. That was unexpected unexpected a bit inconvenient. I guess the view and location made up for those issues.
