Questo raro appartamento a due piani con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha 2 balconi con vista sull'oceano - uno fuori dalla zona giorno e un secondo dalla camera da letto principale! La seconda camera ha anche una splendida vista sull'oceano e offre letti queen e singoli. Il soggiorno è arredato con un divano letto matrimoniale e 2 sedie e ha un rivestimento in granito camino. La cucina dello chef presenta ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio e mobili personalizzati. Piatti, utensili da cucina e pezzi di servizio sono forniti. Pavimenti piastrellati sono in tutto il condominio. Il rifugio principale ha una cabina doccia e un letto king size. Il bagno secondario ha una combinazione vasca / doccia.

Make My Vacation fornisce anche tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani, sedie a sdraio e asciugamani. Il Living Room TV è fornito per il vostro divertimento, così come la connessione internet wireless gratuita.

Check in went smoothly, detailed instructions were left in regards to check out and policies of the facility. The condo needs some updating.Parking was very accessible and the whole area was safe, quiet, and had a lot to offer our family. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

Amazing experience

My family and I had such a wonderful stay. The comdo was so clean and comfortable. It was also a perfect walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. We will be back again and definitely stay longer.

Great for families

We had a wonderful time! The unit was close to the beach and was spacious for all of us. It is close to the Main Street so there is some noise from cars and the train at night. Luckily we have white noise machines. But it has everything we needed and it was clean.

Nice place

We are a family of 4 that stayed here. Everything was wonderful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Yeah, you can hear some street noise from the bedrooms, but it never bothered us.

Great getaway!

We loved staying here and definitely want to come back. There is so much to do, the apartment is close to the beach, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was truly a great experience.

Fantastic beach getaway

Our family loved this condo for our beach getaway. We enjoyed become close to Legoland and spent a few days exploring SeaWorld and Balboa Park but was a bit more of a drive to get there. The condo was a wonderful haven to rest and relax and the pool was a nice break from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the Thursday Oceanside market day axtivities

Very pretty common areas. Quite a bit of landscaping is under construction. Property itself had plenty of room and a good location. Street noise is pretty loud. There's a noticeable smell in the apartment and some things could use repair(kitchen faucet is loose and moves freely during use, screen door doesn't open easily) Overall, a nice stay, could use a little tlc to make it a place I would want to return to.

Great space in a great location

Everything was wonderful. Checkin went smoothly even though we didn't make until until 1am after a late flight into LAX. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The parking space was great and very easy to access from the condo. The condo had everything we needed and great views of the ocean. The property grounds we beautiful and well maintained. We felt like we were at an all inclusive resort. The pool was a nice size and well maintained just like the hot tub. We enjoyed the location, it was an easy walk to town, but a little quieter since we weren't right on top of everything. We would stay again and if you're thinking of booking, do it!

Excellent location, attention to details not so much

I specifically chose this unit because of the views and close proximity to the beach. I was traveling to visit family in Oceanside with my 3 children. We arrived later in the evening, picked up the keys and proceeded to the unit. I had an SUV and the parking space was small and next to a column. Parking spaces in general are tight here if you have an SUV, just fyi. When we arrived, I started to get the kids set up, only to find that the batteries in the tv remote were dead and the unit was cold. I attempted to turn on the fireplace and nothing worked, the remote batteries for this were also dead. Submitted a maintenance request that evening. While situating the kids in the 2nd bedroom, the bed was against the wall and blocking the heater to the room, I attempted to move the bed away from the wall and the leg fell off of it. After lifting the bed up, I noticed the hole was broken and the keg was never even screwed in and not able to be screwed in. They was no way anyone could even sleep on this bed without it collapsing and I’m amazing the cleaners made the bed this way and said nothing to anyone to fix the leg. I ended up having to have my sister come over to bring batteries for the tv remote and to help lift the bed to remove all of the legs to safely place it on the floor. I started to become disappointed with the unit but that’s not the end of it. In the morning when I went to shower in the master bathroom, the shower floor was covered with dead ants. Disgusting! I am aware ants are common near the beach but dead ants tells me no one had even checked this unit before we checked in and no one had been there in quite some time as the clocks all had the wrong time on them and were never reset after daylight savings MONTHS ago. The slider to the master bedroom balcony had a broken lock and you’re on one floor up from the ground level and several windows had broken locks. There was a mold like substance at the top ceiling of the living room sliding glass door. The cabinets in the kitchen have been refaced and the inside of them looks dark and gross. No Tupperware was provided to store any meals you prepared either. No water filter or Brita was provided. Location was great, the community is awesome and this unit needs to have eyes laid on it and someone to come in and check everything. As a short term rental owner myself, I would have died inside if I had a guest check into my unit in this condition.

Place to check on mom

Property was close to my parents house which made it easy to check on her. The pool was nice as well as the designated parking. However the condo was very dated and several things were broken. Could not lock windows because one or both locks were broken. The shower valve in the 2nd bathroom came off in my hand on the first use. Finally, the noise level was very high. From the train to motorcycles to random yelling. Very hard to have a quite moment. Probably would not stay here again.

The property is very nice. The noise is horrible from the vehicles driving by with music bumping, vehicles doing donuts in the parking lot where the cars are parked across the street, loud exhausts, screeching tires, etc and the train. It was every night.

Nice but needs some love

We’ve been to North Coast Village several years in a row now and this years trip was a bit last minute. The apartment was a great price for a two bedroom. You get a nice large dining table and overal nice looking furniture/aesthetic compared to some very old apartments at the complex. However it’s right on the intersection of the two streets and at night especially weekends (all night) and around 6-8am, you get non stop yelling and screaming from ppl on vacation (or bums) and loud cars and motorcycles revving plus random street cleaners literally before 7am. The thing is it would be ok if you can close windows but ya can’t! Because there’s no window AC or fans or anything so you are dying if you’re windows are closed. There was one small tower fan and we had it in our room working the whole time we were home. During the day it’s not bad but at night when you just need some peace and quiet, it’s hard to sleep. That’s my only complaint. I think management should look into that. Maybe add much more fans to the home/ maybe a window unit

Great proximity to beach, family friendly

My family of 5 stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the beach was a huge hit for our crew. The sleeping arrangements worked well, although the pull-out couch was uncomfortable (we ended up using that mattress on the floor instead of the couch bed frame). It is a very loud intersection, however, and very noisy late into the night (and early morning). We also wish there would have been more fans as the evenings were still very warm and the one small fan didn’t product much of a reprieve from the heat. The kids loved that there was a boogie board; we loved that there were chairs and beach towels so we didn’t have to pack ours. We’d definitely stay there again if there were a few large fans to help cool off (and drown out some of the noise).

Great place to stay

The property had a few issues before we arrived and the property manager called us and made sure we had an upgraded place to stay for the same nights. They took amazing care of us.
