This listing is for Unit B, which occupies the upper floor of a three story condo/townhouse style building. Unit B is the condo style, entering front door and up one flight of stairs from street level, occupying the entire top floor. Private beach access is granted via gate on street level, down one flight of stairs.

The only shared spaces with Unit A and Unit B are the two-car garage (one space for each unit - large SUV will not fit), the driveway, and the private beach area.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with the following arrangement:

HOA RULES
- Quiet Time from 10 pm to 6 am
- No smoking of any kind
- No parties
- No overnight visitors without approval
- Garage doors should not be blocked
- Garage doors must be kept closed at all times

PRIVATE BEACH RULES
- Cement patios on beach level are only for use of 1127-A and 1129-A residents. Our guests may not use the patios
- Chairs and items stored in the deck box on the cement patios may be used by our guests.
- Please remember to conserve our sand.
- Please use buckets provided to rinse sand off your feet.
- No kiddy pools allowed on the sand area.
- No fires or fire pits are allowed.
- No tents or E-Z up tents are allowed on the sand area. Beach umbrellas are fine.
- No glass containers are allowed on the sand area.
- No pets allowed on private beach.
