“Arrived early evening ... and the wifi was down so I had to wait 2 hours to check in. The only reason I got checked in after that long was that I asked if they can just do it manually as I was exhausted - and no one had thought of that! They did, yet no wifi until the next day after I left for work. But that's not all. The next day when I got to my room (evening time), there was a note stuck to the door (didn't get an email or a call or text, just a note) saying that the power would be out...

“The "included breakfast" was not available the first morning. They ran out of food except cereal and waffles. No eggs or meat not even any pastries. l The second morning they had some eggs and a few bagels. They had no explanation except they were out of food and no way to get more. l
The pool was green. No one swam in it the days we were there.
The shower gel in the bathtub was empty.
The tub floor was very dirty or stained.
The air conditioner was iffy. l Sometimes ran and other times...
