“The property's permanent residents were rude and off putting towards hotel guests. Some stared and gawked, while others moved around with an air of entitlement and superiority in shared spaces. The Expedia listing showed that there was a pool but when we arrived, we were told that it was for residents only. Besides that, the room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous, especially the wonderful ladies in the cafe, and the breakfast was better than expected. Probably wouldn't book again,...

“We didn’t have running hot water during our stay. The packaged warmed croissants that were served for breakfast one morning were most likely spoiled since the ham tasted sour. Staff were friendly and liked it is pet friendly. the 2 bedroom suites rooms we booked are a good size for a family of 5-6. We thought the sofa in the living room though was a pull out bed but it was not. the kitchen fridge kept our food cold. The 2 bedroom suite rooms only had 1 bathroom. wished it had 2 bathrooms .”

“Great stay overall. Only had a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived and we tend to not like housekeeping in our room during our stay so I needed to ask for more. Restaurant was slightly overpriced for the quality and service (only two people working the kitchen and waitstaff) but it was a decent meal.
