“We tried to book a room while visiting for a friends wedding. Upon arrival, there were no rooms available. Although Ormond rectified the situation, due to the location of the property, it is difficult to find alternative accommodations. ”

“Great for quick trips into NOLA as it's very close to the airport. With that, you barely notice the incoming or outgoing flights. If you always run behind and think " We still have to turn in the rental?" , well, your right across the street from the rental return. Place was very nice for being an older property. Staff was attentive and helpful.”

“Week end di halloween… per fortuna abbiamo trovato ancora una camera in questo hotel! Il signore alla reception gentile.. ci ha dato una camera al piano terra! Bella grande, pulita! Letto stupendo e lenzuola pulitissime e anche gli asciugamani morbidi, puliti e nuovi! Prodotti da bagno. Frigo e micro e ferro da Stiro ! Siamo rimasti 3 notti per il week end di halloween ! "Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel , la camera era bella grande, la colazione abbondante e varia, è abbastanza vicino al quartiere francese ci si arriva a piedi , la zona è tranquilla anche di sera , davanti all’hotel si può prendere lo storico tram, staff molto cordiale"

"Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! "
