Hotel vicino a Ochsner Medical Center - West Bank - New Orleans

“Ottimo albergo, pulizia giornaliera, distante 20' dalla città, ma con un prezzo concorrenziale rispetto agli alberghi in pieno centro. Ottima colazione. Cordialità e gentilezza da parte di tutti.”

“Clean room, nice staff, and great breakfast and snacks they give later on in the day for the customers.”

“In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.”

“As soon as we parked and got out our vehicle we was greeted with the stench of sewage. Once we got checked in and made it to our floor the hallways had a moldy smell. For a complex that has been newly built it was in rough shape. The carpet was dirty, the light fixtures was broken, the hot water on the sink was turned off for some reason and parts of the carpet by the tv was ripped. The sofa/ couch appeared to be broken. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel to anyone. ”

“The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

“Breakfast was good . Could have used some bacon. The hot snacks in the late afternoon was a plus. Everyone that worked at the hotel spoke when they passed by. The front desk( Ricky) was very helpful.”
