Case in affitto a O'connell

“Were extremely happy with the contacting with Anne from Bnb. She always got back to us quickly with any queries. This very smart apartment had two great sized bedrooms, 2 separate living areas and an eat in kitchen. Suited our family of 4 adults very well.Fires in 2 rooms, comfy furniture throughout, clean bathroom.Absolutely nothing to have concern about. (though it did take us a while to find the laundry which was outside - our fault, didn't check to see what the other key fitted haha)We...

“The house was clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable and the chickens cute!”

“Lovely spot for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable”

“GOOD POINTS - The check in was easy. Ducted aircon was good as we stayed in winter. It was easy to communicate with Hosts. House, Beds and lounge were comfortable. The house was clean except bathroom showers could have been cleaner and had some mold. Location suited us for attending a funeral in Bathurst. Overall not bad for the price.POINTS NEED ADDRESSING - We had trouble getting back into the house with one of the sets of keys that did not fit the front door, host sorted this with sending a...

“Highly recommended”

“Property was as per described pictures. We have travel together all over Australia and other countries so feel like I'm somehow qualified to rate this property accurately.Superb location with very nice views.Although beds were full of nice pillows, the mattresses, for all 3 beds, were very uncomfortable. Everything else could be just ok but beds Must be of top quality, in my opinion. Also you might not be aware but house has the small German Cockroaches running around the kitchen. those critters...

“Lovely”

“Good comfortable home, well heated for Bathurst winters. Very handy to central Bathurst and facilities. Access to front door difficult for guests with mobility difficulties or prams, large suitcases, etc, etc.Needs a concrete path from driveway to western end (ie other end to front door) of verandah. Only approximately 1 metre of concrete path needed to change it dramatically.”

“Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The host was very eager to make our stay welcoming. We will stay there again.”

“It’s a lovely house, it is on the main road with noise which is described in the listing. Great backyard for pets. A few little things that could be improved upon.As the listing says, there’s no access to the driveway so it’s only street parking which we missed and have an open back car, which wasn’t ideal to leave it on the street. I hope the owners will consider giving Access.”

“They were very helpful when called apon responded very quickly and friendly”
