L'appartamento Orangery, Chateau de la Trousse

Appartamento con 2 camere da letto (5 posti letto) in un'aranciera convertita in una tenuta castello, a 35 minuti da EuroDisney. Immerso in un parco privato di 40 acri, con piscina all'aperto e campo da tennis (maggio-settembre). 40 minuti dall'aeroporto di Parigi o CDG in auto o 50 minuti da Parigi in treno diretto. Due camere da letto con bagno privato, 5 posti letto.

L'appartamento ha una cucina abitabile open space al piano terra, con porte finestre sulla terrazza frontale con vista sul pittoresco Chateau de la Trousse, e una terrazza sul giardino formale verso la piscina. Il primo piano ha un letto matrimoniale e doccia e servizi igienici privati. Ci sono scale ripide per il piano superiore, dove ci sono tre letti, con bagno e doccia en-suite.

Ci sono giardini formali e stagno, bosco e frutteto. 40 acri da esplorare. L'Orangerie si trova a 5 minuti in auto da Lizy-sur-Ourq, dove c'è un treno diretto (parcheggio gratuito) per la Gare de l'Est e supermercati e fornai. Situato nella splendida campagna, vicino alla regione dello Champagne ea 35 minuti di auto da EuroDisney. Auto necessaria. Si trova a 40 minuti dall'aeroporto Charles de Gaulle, quindi occasionalmente ci sono aerei in testa.

Completamente attrezzato per vacanze con angolo cottura. Questa è la nostra casa per le vacanze e ci piacerebbe che anche tu ti divertissi. Schöne Wohnung für Tagesreisen nach Paris

Diese schöne kleine Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um vom Bahnhof Trilport in 40 Minuten mit der Bahn nach Paris (Gare de l'Est) zu fahren. Danach kann man den schönen Gemeinschaftspool nutzen, der hinter dem Garten liegt. Oder aber einen schönen Spaziergang durch den wunderschönen Park machen.

Major issues on arrival

On arrival we diligently followed access instructions, punched in code but door would not open. This was past midnight and the location was middle of nowhere without a soul in sight. We had 3 very tired children in tow. Phoned owner multiple times but no answer. Had no idea what to do - sleep in the car? Tried knocking on random doors no answer. Finally found a person in one of the other properties who was awake and luckily he helped us. He had the number of someone else involved in managing the property who luckily answered the phone at 1am and gave us different access instructions. The door we were meant to access had been bolted from inside. We entered a different door using key locked away in a different place with a different passcode. Later in the week I was accosted by same lady asking what I was doing on site - when I explained who I was she proceeded to blame the previous tenants for the issue as they had left the door bolted (surely someone had been in to clean in the interim, surely they should check that the next tenants can access?). This really annoyed me, a simple apology would have been more appropriate. The owner, when he texted me the next morning, did apologise but frankly a text apology is insufficient for the stress caused. For balance the owner answered all subsequent queries very quickly. The property is nice albeit a little cold and facilities are basic (no washing machine, dodgy hot water, old utensils). Site nice but someone stole our kids football.

A beautiful Chateau

We stayed here for three nights as a family. The grounds and Chateau are beautiful! The kids loved the pool and the residence was neat and tidy. We stayed during a heat wave. The loft had a fan, however our room didn’t! We have never been so hot; so had terrible sleeps. Would suggest a fan for the second bedroom.

Leider fanden wir es sehr dreckig im gesamten Objekt! Vermieter reagiere auf Mängel - aber für den Preis erwarte ich sauberes Fußböden, Bäder, Geschirr, um nur einige Dinge zu nennen. Der Garten nach hinten war voll Unkraut u völlig ungepflegt. Lid null zum sitzen ein. Der Park u das Schloss sind sehr schön. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig. Leider können wir hier nicht die Punkte geben, die andere Familien geteilt haben. Wir sind mega enttäuscht !

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie hat einen tollen kleinen Garten, in dem man schön frühstücken kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist einfach toll! Die Umgebung ist sehr entspannend und ruhig, gut um zu relaxen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekt

... für unseren Aufenthalt in Frankreich bzw. für den Besuch in Paris und im Disneyland war diese Ferienwohnung perfekt. Alles war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar und wir konnten uns in den Abendstunden sehr gut erholen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Tom!

Traumhaft

Toms Ferienwohnung in der Orangerie war für fast zwei Wochen ein perfektes Zuhause für uns und Tom ein toller Gastgeber. Die Lage abseits des Stadttrubels von Paris, aber nicht zu weit weg ist perfekt: Man kommt sehr schnell mit dem Auto oder teils sogar Zug zu allen möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist schnell mitten in Paris (Zug zum Gare de l‘Est). Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich zu Gast bei echten Menschen, nicht in einer unpersönlichen Ferienwohnung. Einrichtung, Küchenutensilien usw. sind sehr gut - man merkt eben dass die Wohnung geliebt wird. Schließlich ist der Schlosspark ein wunderbarer Ort, in dem auch im Herbst der tägliche Spaziergang Freude macht. Der Park ist sehr schön angelegt und die Bäume mit Herbstlaub herrlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne eines Tages wieder!

Sehr schön und selten!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr liebevoll gestaltet! Paris in einer Stunde und mit dem Zug sehr gut zu erreichen. Schöner Pool, sehr ruhige Lage, wir fühlten uns in eine andere Zeit versetzt und haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!!!

An oasis

Gezellig appartement op een prachtige lokatie

Het appartement is gezellig op het prachtige kasteel terrein. De bedden en het beddengoed zijn heerlijk. Het terrasje bij het huis was fijn. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de tennisbaan. Het is heel makkelijk om de trein naar het centrum van Parijs te komen. We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad en komen graag terug.

A beautiful and peaceful escape

Château de la Trousse is a place to fall in love with if you’re looking for somewhere quite and restful in a stunning setting. Tom’s apartment has everything you need for a cosy winter break, from the comfortable beds and the wood-burning stove to the beautiful Denby crockery and brilliant range of good old DVDs!

Sejour sympathique

Très bon séjour , cadre magnifique . Gite de charme. L'annonce devrait mentionner le manque de linge de toilette . Après un contact avec le propriétaire nous avons eu du linge mais avons du payer ce service. Donc la précision serait la bienvenue. Sinon séjour parfait

La première fois que nous passons nos vacances en famille à la compagne, l'endroit est magnifique, l'orangerie est sublime. L'appartement est très charment et tt le nécessaire y est. Tom & Rachelle sont très à l'écoute et très réactifs. Nous y retournerons 😍 ! Fella

France as it used to be.

What a great little hideaway. A really interesting re-furb of part of this very interesting building, itself part of the estate of a grande chateau. If we had kids they would have loved their second floor bedroom with beams crossing the room. We loved the entrance through the grand arch, the comfortable furnishings and the privacy. It was a privilege to be able to wander freely around the chateau grounds. Would definitely return for the style, privacy and comfort.
